Let me see if I have the whole story straight now...



In your first appeal you claim you didn't know about reselling because you are new to the server, and in my response I called you Adi, because I believe you are .Adi5eln5146w/.ViaticDuke00519/.Utkarsh_gupta_8 on yet another alt account trying to evade your bans to play on the server, so I denied your appeal:

In your second appeal you claim you don't know who Adi or Utkarsh are, and are confused why people are calling you that:

Then you send me a private message on the forums about 24 hours later, saying you actually do know who they are, that they are a player you just met on the server by the name of ''bclaky'', who came on for just one day and instructed you on what to do to help him get $100k, but you don't have any of the messages because he deleted them:







Then after I deny your second appeal, Adi/Utkarsh DMs me on discord to tell me that Beige is a friend of his, like a brother actually, but that they are not the same person, and that he joined the server on a new account ''lakymc'', slightly different name from what Beige told me (neither of you had it correct actually, it must be hard to keep up with so many aliases...) :







Funnily enough, someone by the name of LakyMC had also joined our discord recently, which Adi also claims is him at first:






But then changes his story when I point out that discord account is actually 4 years old, not brand new like he claims the Minecraft account is that he ''just made''. Adi's new story is that LakyMC is another friend of his, and he created the Minecraft account to copy the discord account to make it seem more real:








But what's also interesting is that the ByLakyMC minecraft account is not brand new either, but at least a couple years old, and was previously named LAKY_678 until it was changed to ByLakyMC on 1/2/2023, according to NameMC.com: https://namemc.com/search?q=ByLakyMC








When I point this out to Adi, he can't explain it. So it's clear Adi's lying to me about being ByLakyMC/LakyMC, who is really just some unsuspecting new player of ours being dragged into this scheme:








Here's where it gets really strange, Beige, because another staff member noticed shortly after you posted your first ban appeal, that you had joined the forums 1 minute after Utkarsh had just logged out, and upon further investigation, your forums account was found to be registered on the same IP that Utkarsh had just logged on from:







Now you've just told me the reason for this is because Adi created your forums account for you and wrote your ban appeal for you, because you didn't know how to do it... but the thing is... your last known IP on the HomeTown server is this same IP as well...


So .BeigePiano55853 plays on HomeTown on the same IP as Adi/Utkarsh when he logs into the forums on his own account, and the same IP as when Adi/Utkarsh creates a new forums account for Beige and posts his first ban appeal.


Tell me again how Beige and Adi aren't the same person?

Okk mel I am telling you all things first about same for me and adi it happens because we live in a society in a same floor and each floor has a common wifi and I already told you that adi posted my appeal for that reason adi logout to make a new account for me and adi told you that we are bestfriend but we are not we are just like neighbours and about me and adi are different person yes we are different people but how I can give you trust I don't know I showed you all my cards but you are not trusting me in anyway plz sis me and adi are freind not a same person

First you don't know who this Adi person is.

Then you do know who they are, but you only met them for one day, and you were just helping them get money.

Then Adi says you're friends, like brothers, and none of this is your fault, you were only following his orders.

Then it's Adi created your account for you and wrote your ban appeal for you.

Then it's oh actually we share a WiFi but honestly we're not the same person.



I'm bored with all your lies, changing your story again and again to cover up all the holes in your scheme.

Stop wasting our time, stop lying and hounding other staff in DMs, stop appealing this ban because it's never going to be accepted. Move on.
