I'll have Lexi send me logs of everything that was said. As for the ban on plug dj, staff on HomeTown don't have authority there unless explicitly given by the owner of that channel. It was started by a HomeTown member, so the rules there are theirs. As for the video skip, you must've played something along the lines of a pornographic video, a video that was way too long (which leads me to understand why you mightve been considered a troll, as the videos that are over seven minutes are generally the 1 or 10 hour loops of shit like the narwhal song, but that's past experience rather than knowing what happened with you), or a video with excessively offensive content. I assume the issue on the plug began after the video you played, Legend said something, you said something, I don't know. If I were you, I'd think back to that as a possible issue starting point.

Personal opinion for the HomeTown issues: I've spent over a year and a half on HomeTown, hell, probably two years. In that time, I'd like to think I've formed an accurate opinion of Lex and Vil. Vil nor Lex wouldn't have said that to you without you causing a genuine incident, or too many little trollings, however that'll be found out later if either of them pull up their logs from that day. As for Vil not telling you what you did, most trolls go "Oh what did I do" as a form of further trolling, and we're sick of feeding into it; I've been guilty of doing so myself. As said, this is a personal opinion, and isn't a formal staff reply.

If you can not reflect on your own, due to your pride or lack of sincerity, no one, i mean no one, not staff,not the community will feel bad for you.

if you truly wish to stay and play with everyone else.
or easier yet no need to write a thread you'll find a better group of people in other servers if you really think our staff are the issue.

How was I wasting anyone's time? I don't want to be banned, and if I don't know what I'm doing wrong, then I can't correct it. If you read the logs, it's pretty clear I wasn't doing anything rude, just looking for an explanation. I can call anyone rude or a troll, it doesn't mean I'm right and that should "reflect on their own."

Edit - If you are arrested for something you know you didn't do, are you going to sit back and accept whatever charges they put against, trying to convince yourself that they are right no matter what, or are you going to question it and do what you can to make sure you aren't being punished/threatened/attacked for something you took no part in?

your example should be: You joined a Community/clan(Club) that existed before you, After joining for 1 day you break the community rule(playing inappropriate music), than was warned. instead of keeping your mouth shut, you seek to challenge the authority as an outsider not understanding our rules. Now after being warned, you still can not keep your mouth shut and move on with living in peace with the community. You devise a plan to try to embarrass our authority in public. This is where the BIGASS swooped in and open a can of truth.

Okie dokie! You said you don't know what you did, so I did the hunting for you. Neither Lex nor Vil had their logs available for different reasons, so I retrieved them from a third staff member who was online. I'll give you examples of some of the things you did/said that might've raised some flags.

You joined at 46 minutes and 38 seconds past the hour. The first thing you said was "hey! i hate my life". That would've raised a flag with me. The next two things you said were "fuck" and "FUCK" respectively.

Another player said "Uhhh, I thought this was friendly" to which you replied "im allowed to say fuck" then "according to the rules". That raises more flags for me, and I'd have mentally prepped myself for you to be a troll by now. Note, this has all been said within two minutes of you joining.

While continuing through the tutorial, you asked "wait what is (if) someone wants you to kill them for their head? or what if u agree to pvp?" This, again, raises another flag. Granted, I acknowledge this could be a totally legitimate question, but in past experience, that's not often the case.

A few seconds later, up pops the question "wait im not allowed to use xray?" Throw a flag on the play, somebody get the ref. You're a brand new player, and from the standpoint of a staff member, it seems like you're here for a different type of fun than the server's designed for, whether it be trolling, cheating, or griefing/killing. Just sayin'.
After you're told no by the lovely players, you say "that's fucking gay". That's a strike with me.

Still on that comment, a player says "FruitsandVeggies lets not use gay as an insult" to which you reply "define insult" then "are you calling gay people bad". Like I said before, the music wasn't "inappropriate." Just a song people didn't like. The problem is that apparently high ranking staff members can go around threatening to ban people without any sort of reason.

I addressed the above in the original post. I made a few jokes the first 10 minutes I was on. If anyone had said, "Hey, that's offensive to me, please stop." I would of completely complied and apologized, but no one said anything like that. I was saying Lex was abusive because of Plug.Dj, but I changed my mind about that. You can read it in the most recent edit of the original post. As for Vil, he threatened to ban for, and would not give me a reason why. That should raise a red flag with anyone. You should not be able to freely threaten people with a ban for no reason.

Also what is a thread rating? I see this one has like 4 stars and I'm not sure what that means.
