2. You MUST have a gift for your recipient. Failure to do so will result in them getting your gift instead of you.

3. and (I cannot stress this enough) take them out to dinner first. (Not a requirement if you don't like them.)

         Deadline is Valentine's day. (Feb 14th.)
(Also, you'll get mail telling you who your SS is two weeks prior.)
