Why should you be unbanned: I didn't get a chance to return the items, I didn't even get a warning, I was just banned. I didn't know that I couldn't take it because it was unclaimed. I apologize and it wont happen again. 

Why do you want to come back: I want to play on the server again.

So I'm not sure what was unclear about this, but you had plenty of warnings...

Just to be clear, you can't take anything placed by another player, no matter if it is claimed or not, looks abandoned or not, and if you're ever unsure if something belongs to someone or not, it's always best to just ask a staff member to check for you.
