KGKat, at the top of this page is a blue ribbon strip that says:
HomeTown Forums > General > Ban Appeals > Ban Appeal
Press "Ban Appeals". Scroll to the bottom of the page and on the right is "New Thread". Press it and do your ban appeal in the new thread.
