It is your fault that your account was not secure enough. We cannot prove that your account was hacked and/or used by your cousin. So why don't you quit arguing as it will get you nowhere.

You're responsible for everything that happens on your account. It doesn't matter if you claim you were hacked or a cousin did it. Make sure it doesn't happen again, and I'll unban you.
