well, if the worst case is that all the matter in the universe is vaporized, then no. but if the worst case is that i will vomit slugs, even then no.
A. Your body can regrow itself even if its reduced to mincemeat
B. but you'll be weak as a kitten and can't improve your muscle strength (you can run and all, but you can't lift up anything heavier than an axe without great effort and excruciating pain)

well, there is always one of those gloves that Asami uses, and Sokka is great, so i'd say yeah
