Why should you be unbanned: I'm still quite new to servers and I wasn't completely sure how things worked. I thought that because the land wasn't claimed that the crops were free to take for anyone. If I knew that they weren't free for anyone then I wouldn't have taken any of them! I'm honestly very sorry, I was just confused and I misunderstood.

Why do you want to come back: I love this server. I haven't been able to find any like this, it's just the right amount of vanilla with the added features which I love, and the community is great.

Alright so your crop theft wasn't just a matter of not replanting at a public farm but taking massive amounts of crops from a private farm that specifically states that taking from that farm was not allowed.








Over 700 blocks is a lot of blocks. If you look at rule 6- you can see that the not modifying people's builds rule says nothing about 'if it's claimed' but it does state that this includes crops and animals.




Now to proceed with this appeal I would like thoughtful answers to these questions:

1) When is it okay to alter someone's land without their permission?

2) Why is stealing and griefing bad and how does it affect other players and the server's atmosphere?

3) What have you learned from this?

Okay, I understand.
I'll be completely honest, I can admit to taking from a farm (though I never left without replanting what I could from the seed that was dropped with the crops i took) but I do not remember visiting that private farm pictured.
I did share my account with a friend at that time, it may have been them, but they don't have access to my account anymore so that's no worry.
I know this "excuse" doesn't make up for the fact that it happened so I am still very sorry.

1) It is never okay to alter someone's land without their permission. You always need the owners permission.
2) Stealing and griefing is bad because it ruins other players hard work and builds, they loose their items and it makes the server feel less of a safe and friendly place.
3) I have learnt to respect other players land and builds and to not steal or grief other players. I've also learnt that this kind of behavior isn't worth losing my favorite server!
