Say i got piggeh to give a gift to is he giving a gift to me or to some1 else(i just used piggeh as an example)

It'll be completely random. It's possible that you get Piggeh, but it's more likely that you would get someone else. 

Ideally nobody is giving to and receiving a gift from the same person.
