Why should you be unbanned: Greetings it has been a few months since playing on this server, I am a changed person and will adhere to the rules of this great server more vigilantly, I will not make the same mistakes I once did and strive to improve as a player! I am sorry to those whom I may have offended, and this is my first ban. I am to focus more on creation within this server and avoid public politics and builds that reference in real life politics, please allow me to show I am a changed player

I apologize for the delay in response. While I was the one that banned you, your behavior leading up to it involved repeated incidents observed by multiple staff members, so I felt it best to consult the rest of the team before responding.

After review, the staff consensus is that this appeal doesn't even remotely adequately address the severity (or pattern) of your actions. Prior to your ban, you were frequently argumentative in chat, often engaging in discussions that became inflammatory, politicized, and generally disruptive to other players' enjoyment of the server.

You've made repeated comments regarding Jewish people that are disparaging in nature. Hate speech, extremist symbolism, or targeting of any group (religious, ethnic, or otherwise) is strictly prohibited and fundamentally incompatible with the environment we try to maintain here.

Your donation status is completely irrelevant. VIPs are not exempt from the rules, nor are they afforded leniency for violating them.

The staff team is also in agreement that this appeal reads less like genuine reflection and more like you telling us what you think we want to hear in hopes of being unbanned.

With all that in mind, I'm going to ask you a few questions. I expect honest, thoughtful, and complete responses. Anything less will result in this appeal being denied. Sorry if the appeal came of as non genuine, I simply am trying to improve,

1) What actions led to your ban, and why were they unacceptable under our rules?

I created a devilish swastika in my devil island, which now I will no longer generate political buildings or references to this as it may be offensive to different cultures societies and individuals along with pulling the server in a political environment where this server is meant for fun peace and friendship, politics and intense symbolism can create issues and barriers and conflict

2) Explain why building a swastika is not acceptable on this server.

This server wants to avoid controversial and offensive symbols for some and I understand that, as it may exclude others or maybe them think we are doing wrong

3) How did your repeated argumentative and inflammatory behavior affect other players' experience?

Yes I remember maybe when there was not a lot of people from other countries chatting in the morning there was no english writing in the chat and I felt excluded and strange so I lashed out about saying they need to speak english but now I accept these people simply converse in other formats and there are no rules against it and so in this Kingdom of minecraft we must adhere to the rules of reality or we can leave, the player doesn't make the rules he must follow

4) As I mentioned, you've made many comments about Jewish people. Why are these sorts of comments inappropriate, and why do they not belong in this community?

Yes I made some political statements regarding israel and what not, this is minecraft where we come to relax and unplug from reality not to be entrenched in politics and reality, we make this world to have a break.

5) What concrete steps will you take to ensure this behavior does not happen again if you are unbanned?

I am not going to discuss any politics on this server or things that may lead to it as I want people to be relaxed and us to live inside minecraft peacefully,

6) Why should we trust that you understand the seriousness of this ban?

Everyone in my opinion deserves a second chance and if we give grace to me I will learn from my errors and continue building my minecraft reality dimension and keytown for all players, I wish for peace not conflict now

I have to agree with what the other staff members have to say regarding your response. It sounds a lot less like "I feel bad for what I did" and more "here is what you want to hear."
Things like this make me feel like you're being insincere:

That's the issue: you ARE doing something wrong. This isn't a matter of difference of opinion. The things you would say to people (both in global and in DM) are downright heinous.

If your memory is failing you, here are some examples. The reason most of these didn't get you banned in the first place is because we don't police DMs, though I'd be lying if it didn't come up multiple times amongst the staff team. Players who are problematic in DMs are very typically also problematic in general. Case in point being the fact we're having this conversation in the first place.

Hi thank you for your response, yes I was disrespectful to the indian players and I place full responsibility on that! Sorry to my indian friends. that was a wrong thing to say and I take full accountability. That is karma as the indians say.

Regarding my personal messages yes, I think these should of been kept to themselves as this is a conversation between me and my great friend, what I say in my personal messages is mostly true, white genocide is happening but I don't want to get political as history is written by the winners, havara agreement). And it would enter the realm of politics which I don't want to go into

Steasaur is homosexual and he is a great person
I said to never hate women in my messages
I apologised for my political displays

I simply wish for another chance to reveal my changed behaviour, I think it is true my belief systems are different to perhaps many of the staff but I simply do believe in common ground and respecting people in the game, Also regarding theslave labour joke it was dark humor yes and I will be more vigiliant next time

Ultimately, I thank you for responding and you have gone into depth to your perspective and I respect it as if I was in your shoes Iwould understand, but what I can say is, is that I will not reference politics on the server again and simply want to build in peace on keytown and finish my giant tree.
