I did go over that in the response but ill ad more to it i dont really know how it affects the community other than they have to re get said items back like go mining for them or grind to get enough money to buy said items i think it definitely affects the way oneself would want to not stay after having stuff taken from them and they just quit the server never to join again or take it to a bigger degree like stealing back and causing a bigger issue in the long run and its way different from 2bt2 they are an anarchy server hometown is not hometown its in the name its a homey type of server and griefing and stealing is not something yall take lightly bc of the repercussions  it may hold like retaliation or maybe making another member think they can also do this stuff and get away with it so then more people are affected by it its a principle that needs to stay followed and i didnt and it would definitely make other people think its okay and ruin peoples weeks or months of hard work

the main issues it causes is the hard work that comes with getting the blocks or items and then the even more hard work that comes with after the items have been taken it could possibly ruins someone's thought on continuing  to stay in the server bc there hard work meant nothing to said person taking it

This is definitely more in the right direction.
My point is that stealing is its own incentive that causes a loop of bad behavior. And that doing so is bad for both the community, the person being stolen from, and most importantly the person doing it. I encourage you right now to type into the Google.com “Reasons Stealing is bad”… Its like the oldest crime.
Bottomline: its not cool

That being said, I will say it does sound like you’ve at least thought over it a bit, and since this is your first offense I’m willing to be more lenient.
So, moving forward. I am going to approve your appeal but while we process the appeal a few things will happen. Both prior to you being unbanned and some will be required of you after.

Before you are banned the following will happen:
1.) Your balance will be set to $0 per server policy.
2.) Any transactions using stolen property will be reversed – deducting any money gained therefrom
3.) A thorough investigation will be conducted for any OTHER theft/griefs which may have occurred.

After you return:
1.) You will be required to return anything stolen or bought using said stolen money, for our records, I have included a list below.
These items should be returned directly to any staff member who may be online & we will make note of it. I will note: failure to do so in a reasonable period of time will result in another ban.

okay those items were sold at a shop the money i had sitting was that money ill do it but i will have to grind for a couple days to buy them back

All items that were sold at the shops, I have manually reversed the transactions, the items were pulled from the shops and the money you earned was taken from your balance and returned to the shop owners.

Because you then went on to purchase materials for your zoo afterwards, you spent a fair amount of that illegitimate money, so your balance is now in the negatives. To rectify this negative balance, you'll need to hand over enough of the materials you purchased after the stolen goods were sold, so i can reverse those transactions as well and even out your balance again.

I'll get you a list of the items you need to return, shortly. Until then, you'll remain banned. Thanks for your patience.

Ok, so I've gone through the rest of your logs after the stolen items were sold, to see what you had purchased and make you a list. It seems, however, that the total cost of purchases is not enough to zero out your balance. I also noticed in your logs, several payments you made to other players, which is where a majority of the money has gone it seems. So, it will be up to you to recover the amount you owe. You can choose how that can be done, whether you still would like a list of items you purchased, or whether you'd like to get the money back from those you paid, or whether you'd like to grind for it. The total amount you owe is $3,024.61

You will be unable to use chest shops with a negative balance, so i'm going to manually set your balance to $0 for now, then you'll have to contact a Mod or Admin when you have earned $3,024.61, so we can manually reset your balance to $0 again to take it.

Please make this your first priority when returning to the server, as it is a part of the terms and conditions of your unban. If we find that you are neglecting this duty and just going on to play the game instead, you will be banned again.

i will most likely grind for it i dont remember what i gave it to them for im sure it was the zoo but im not going to bring them into my mistakes ill grind for it but i also want you all to know that i do have a job its going to take me a couple days to get everything its my main priority right now but it will take a little bit
