Apologies for the late response Stale. To be completely honest with you I totally forgot about this appeal, and for that I'm sorry.
A very large percentage of the public warps out there are meant to work as intended, and if you think they're not set up correctly, chances are you're the one who's not understanding the contraption, not the contraption failing to work. Even still, and you come across one that genuinely doesn't work, then you should either look around for directions (many public warps have them), or ask someone how to use it. I think you'll find that plenty of players on here are actually incredibly kind and willing to help.
You have been given a variety of chances here, and since the grief for this one was incredibly minor, I'm going to give you a final one.
Do keep in mind that the ice you are on is incredibly thin. If you find yourself banned again, it will be truly permanent.
