you are guilty (not accused btw the logs don't lie) of breaking into the Villager hut AND killing the three villagers

As I have said before, It does not matter. 
It is your fault that your account was not secure enough. We cannot prove that your account was hacked and/or used by your cousin. So why don't you quit arguing as it will get you nowhere.
