I don't upload to Youtube so I'm not entirely sure about this, but I don't think frost has to upload each video. People can upload it on their own profiles and then frost can add it to one of his playlists. Doing this would make him not have to upload each video. People just send a link to frost and he watches and adds. This would also be a way to check for inappropriate videos.
