Adding a new rule

Thank you so much for removing bold Frost, that definitely does help a lot.

I do agree though that the colours are still an issue. I hope that they'll die down, but for now it's very overwhelming when people use colours for general speaking. I have sensory processing issues, and too many colours in the chat hurts my eyes and makes reading any ongoing conversation staining.

Specifically, the colours that are most harmful are the more saturated and dark colours-- black, that deeper shade of red, the deep shade of blue, and purple. All of these colours are very difficult to read and are somewhat eye-searing. It's easy to ignore them in someone's name or rank, but less so when it's part of the actual chat.

i feel it should be completely removed, it makes people who have VIP get more attention than the people without, and it is definitely should be removed.
