I would love to chime in here a moment.
While I was advancing out into the wilds from spawn I noticed several builds, some of which are rather large, and as my stick showed me stood unclaimed.
Would there not be some need to have a thread to list cords of such builds (houses, bases, grinders, etc) so staff might take any action necessary?
I've already asked on chat about time limits and was told some people do come back after extended periods of time, like 3-6 months so by server rules (if I read them correctly) we players w/o staff rank have no reason to touch them at all. Period.
However we *could* post to the thread the build's cords. If staff find the build was griefed, they know what to do, and when and how to do it, too...
