I feel like adding a vote reminder and or a timer that tells you when you can vote again would be very helpful. I tend to forget to vote or try voting when its only been like 20 hours. i feel like the server would get more votes if a messaged popped up or being able to do a command that tells you a timer.

we had a broadcast at one time that told people to vote (don't know if that still happens). I have also seen on other servers a plug that when you do /vote it would bring up an inventory-like menu with click-able items for each vote site. These items would be green if you could vote and red with a count down if you could not yet. Might be something to look into, thought I dread the thought of adding yet another plug in on this server (never seems to go smooth).

This can be done with enjin, so no new plugin needed. Just ask frost if he want to set it up.
