Is there a way to roll back your game? I am at 1.13.2 and can't join the server.

Close your game, open the launcher, click the "Launch Options" button and then the "Add New" button under that tab, there you can create a new profile and choose what game version to use (Server is currently on 1.13.1 so use that.)
Name it something cool and save.
Then click back to the main "News" tab and right next to the "PLAY" button click the upwards arrow to open a dropdown allowing you to select what profile you want to play on.
Choose the 1.13.1 profile you just made and then you can click play and you should be good!
