Why should you be unbanned: so i was playing on hometown and my friend (we were sitting next to each other) asked me if i could show him some towns so i did for a bit and the whole time we were seeing if they were grieffed/abandoned and breakable or inhabited (we didn't actually break anything we were just seeing if they had already been grieffed before or harvested/randomly broken or incomplete) but while i was in the townlist place, i had to go to the bathroom ,so i told him not to break anything and (suprisingly he didn't i later found out that he instead built a some weird statue  thing he didn't specify i didn't actually see what it was before my mouse lagged and glitched out breaking a bunch of blocks so (stupid of me i know) i didn't say anything and hoped that it nobody would really care about a couple blocks being broken, "its not like i'm gonna be perma banned" ,but more importantly i Love this server its a great community and i put my heart and soul into this server spending at least 30 hours on it.


Why do you want to come back: Mostly what i said above,i loved the server its a great community and i worked REALLY hard on this server and ill be deprived from some of my friends i haven't seen since kinder garden

No,Im sure even if your in desperate needs,its considered grieffing if you don't put it back sooner or later.
the same goes to animals and crops,if you don't put back the seeds and you don't replace the animals its grieffing and you will be banned
2) If a player is banned can you take over their build?
No,well actually im not sure but im guessing for the long run that its not allowed because they could come back and then you could get reported for stealing.As well as report you for claiming there land.
3) If a build is abandoned can you remove any part of it?
Im not sure,but im guessing not because the rules state "Do not grief any building,even if its not owned" which emplies that its not owned.
4) If you accidentally break another players block what should you do?
put it back exactly where it was.And either walk away from said place,or tell staff what happened and how you replaced the block.
5) What have you learned from this experience? 
Never grief anything even if its not owned,and if you do it by accident replace the blocks as well as not assuming nothing will happen.As well as how staff will respond to things like this and to Be very careful around other peoples builds.
