Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?):Welp, it's time to face the facts, I'm a shitty person. I've never been more regretful of the actions I've taken. I had been told clearly that I wasn't allowed to step foot in the loft, and I clearly didn't listen and did anyway, so here is the apology to the community and Rotten. The reasons for my actions are confusing, even for me to understand. I would best describe it as a sick way of getting on someone else's nerves that I dislike. I felt as though doing this would make me feel better about myself, but it has only made me feel worse. The actions I've taken (trespassing) and a general annoyance of another human being are regrettable, and I am greatly disappointed in myself for doing it. I will improve on myself immediately to become a good human being instead of a sack of shit.

Why do you want to come back:
I wish to return to this server due to the number of people I've interacted with and the friends I've made. Even though I see why people don't want me back on the server because of my flaws as a human being, I still wish to have a second chance to make things right. I would have never met some of the nicest people if I hadn't joined the server, and imagining myself never seeing them again is a fate worse than getting banned. If this Appeal is unsatisfactory, I will be making another if needed.

Before we get started... i have a question, out of curiosity.

Why is your "Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?)" a different font than the rest of your entire appeal?

The reason for the different font is that I write everything in Grammarly before copy and pasting it here; this way, the text is easier and simpler to understand. The font could have come from the pasting process. The second paragraph was pasted differently into this Appel and thus looks like the normal font. Would it be beneficial for me to fix the font issue?

The font is not an issue, it was just strange and everyone noticed when we were discussing your appeal and had different theories as to why it was that way, so I just thought I'd ask.

Ok, moving on to addressing your ban.

You spend 90% of your "Why I should be unbanned" paragraph explaining why you did what you did, but that's not why you should be unbanned, that's just- why you did it. Regardless, your reasoning as to why you did it is exactly what concerns me. You very clearly explain that you were doing it on purpose just to get on their nerves because you don't like them. This wasn't just a single incident either, as staff has talked to you about it before, and then you did it again and received a formal /warning that said you would be banned if you did it again, and then you did it again anyways and now you have been banned.

Not only have you demonstrated this ill-intent towards this player by trespassing repeatedly, but you were seen actively still trying to push this player's buttons and torment them in any way that you could even after they'd called you out on the trespassing for the last time. I'm talking about the beacon that you built near their area, the one you've been using their warp to get to even after they've asked you repeatedly not to use their warp for that purpose, and yet even after this latest instance of trespassing, they ask you yet again to move the beacon, and your response is clearly just trying to push their buttons still:



Now, why should we unban you, after all that? Why would we want to let someone back on the server who goes out of their way to make others upset any chance they get?

I understand and accept that my behavior, going out of my way to push someone’s buttons, trespassing multiple times despite warnings, and making unnecessary, annoying remarks, was wrong. My actions were deliberately annoying and disrespectful, and I now fully recognize the frustration and harm they caused to the other player.
I take full responsibility for these choices and acknowledge that the ban was justified. I should have simply moved the Beacon when asked, rather than escalating the situation. Moving forward, I will be changing my behavior towards others.

I apologize to the player and staff for my behavior, and I ask for a second chance to demonstrate that I can be a positive and respectful member of the community. I understand if you remain hesitant, but I hope a second chance can show that I can change.
