Why should you be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because today marks exactly 1 year since I was banned. I was banned for obvious reasons (at the time I did not see that) and I am very sorry about it. I realize now how wrong I was about the WHOLE situation and I am genuinely sorry about it. I sincerely apologize for trolling and spamming your minecraft server. You got a nice community that deserves an apology. I especially want to apologize to Derpnut and Guy for being a pain in the ass in the past and for being an asshole. I think it's time to put all of this behind us and move on. I'm done beefing. I'm done trolling. If you don't trust me then whatever, whatever. I understand why you would have a hard time trusting me because to be honest, sometimes, I can't even trust myself. My transactions and my sins, I embrace them because they make me who I am today. Anyway, I am very sorry for my past self. 

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because i'd like to think that I still have friends on here and I really miss this wonderful community. You're all good people and someway, somehow I managed to screw up to the point where i was banned. I miss talking to some people (probably more than they miss talking to me but oh well).

Introduction:

      Hi glorious HomeTown players/artists, many of you know me as either Cil or Wolfe, and I'm here today to introduce the Un-Official Hometown Art Competition, or the UOHAC! My goal was to help and give incentive to all of you hometown artists out there for a reason to develop your art skills, as well as to show them off! And because this is what I want to do, All mediums of art are accepted! (And I know some of you are vicious vampires, but blood paintings are the only medium not allowed, making one would be uh, not good) And yes, artmaps are allowed as entries for those that have vip! Note: This contest is a monthly contest where I will give a theme every month on the first of the month, to which you must create a NEW piece to submit! I also encourage you to try a different medium art to try and expand your horizons!


Rules:

• No NSFW content permitted, at all.
  
• Do not use excessive blood and gore in the art.
  
• Do not copy other's artwork. (Reference images are fine, but they can not of be other art)
  
• All art must in some form encompass the theme of the art.
  
• You must create a New creation, please do not use a past creation - this is to promote creativity and development, and yes I know it's good to feel proud of your art, but currently, I want you to create new art, and develop and continue your artistic skills!
  
• You must list any tools you use, and if someone helps with the project, you MUST give credit to them! (Note: I do accept you to work in pairs, but no bigger than that)
  

• Must be 2 by 3 or bigger!
  
• Note: Artmaps will be featured at ./warp CillyArt's gallery when it is built, which is why I require the Original as well as one copy, Credit will be given where due.
  
• Artmaps may not be bigger than 30 artmaps total, aka 3x10, 5x6 are allowed, but nothing bigger is allowed.
  

• Anything that reveals your location or any personal information will not be permitted. Taking other's photos without their consent is not permitted.
  
• Do not steal photos from online, you must provide some sort of proof proving these images are yours
  

• It must be the same size as a 8 x 11 inch paper, it can be bigger, but not any smaller.
  
• Please incorporate your username somehow into the drawing.
  
• You are not allowed to pay or have others do the work for you.
  

• All Genres are accepted!
  
• Please specify if you made the melody, or are doing the vocals, also express if you are doing both.
  
• I must be able to listen to it on some platform such as spotify (idk how that would work) or a youtube video would be great!
  

• Can be functional, or sculptural
  
• Must include an engraving somewhere on the sculpture of your username
  
• For 3-d objects, please take either a video or several pictures that encompass the whole piece
  
• It does not need to be colored if its something like clay or whiteware!
  

• I will be holding Judging recruiting sessions in the middle of each month, you will be judged in certain criteria regarding what medium you use.
  
• I will make all final decisions in case a judge is biased.
  
• Judges must submit reflections as to why they gave a certain rating to a piece.
  
• Note: if you are uncomfortable having someone judge your piece, please tell me and I will personally judge it, or if you feel uncomfortable having me judge your work, please tell me so.
  

• To Enter I just need several things from you. Those would be:
  

1.  The title of your work.
   
2. Your IGN.
   
3. Your Timezone!
   
4. An explanation of your artwork (Artist's Statement)
   
5. The Image/file/work.
   

• Community Chest - This is a prizepool where the community can donate items, money to help fund the prizes.
  
• Cash Prize - The Cash Prize Will be a prize where I, from my own earnings, will pay $ to the #1 Winner. The cash prize will be determined by how many entries I receive x 250. That means if 100 people submitted an entry, the cash prize pool would be 25k, and if 10 people joined, it would be 2.5k. Note: If too many people join and I'm unable to come up with subsequent earnings, I will distribute the prizes later on. As people join I'll try to set out five diamonds each time to prevent an overflow from happening, but just note that the prize will take time to recieve, as well as to judge.
  

• I will be hosting a Gallery of all the first, second, and third winners that apply on this forum here.

Why should you be unbanned: It was an one time only and I really wasn't planning on doing it again, I just wanted to find some good ores since I only found coal and iron. I enjoy playing on this server a lot and the people are really nice. I regret what I did, and I've already deleted the x-ray program. I really want to show that i'll be good

Why do you want to come back: I play on this server with my girlfriend all the time and it's honestly such a great server.
I want to prove that i'm a good dude and that I love this server. All other servers are hella boring. I'm sorry for using X-ray and I won't do it again, please unban me.

So ... I don't know why I haven't done this before but here we go. I'm a 26 year old guy from Croatia known as Catking or Catsby on the server (full ign: thecatking23). I've been playing on hometown without almost a single day off for around a year and a half now and it's mostly been great. Love the community and the general atmosphere on the server. Now ... who is this Catsby you might ask? Well a lot of ppl already know quite a bit about me, but since there's this little shitty thing called timezone differences some of you might not know ... and therefore this introduction might be of some use. FIrst of all I'm a builder I build a lot (will post quite a few pictures on this thread) from my own big town (that I regret not making a forum build showcase thread now) on the old server - Vtown (which used to be the 2nd largest town on the server, second only to Moderntown) to just randomly doing builds for other people. I have quite a bit of experience when it comes to building as I've been into MC for over 5 years now and building has been my primary interest when it comes to the game. I'm also very very active on the server (I will provide a pic to a statistics page that tracks who the most active players on the server are) so much that only belgnbor has actually put more hours into the server than me (I'll admit i have been a little less active past month though mostly due to being busy in real life and some stressful events irl). I also was the richest player on the server for about half a year as many of you probably know just because I wanted to prove one can become as rich even without being staff (staff players used to be the richest) and without being cheaty. Now, although the reset left me with mixed feelings, (losing a lot of my builds and all) I have also joined moderntown as a builder and am looking forward to building some cool stuff with you guys from MT as well as to rebuilding Vtown again. When I'm not building, mining or just interacting with all the friends I made on here I like to help ppl with either information (for newcomers), money (even had a "foundation" that gave full sets of dmd armor to newcomers at one point but it lasted only a month or so), resources or help with the builds someone might be working on etc. Now, during this year and a half I have made some good friends on here and met some really interesting people I would like to give a shout-out to and thank them. So here it goes. Don't know how many of you will see this but still here it goes:

First of all thank you to Elsio for being a great friend and partner in creating what later became the 2nd largest town and one of the more popular towns on the server and generally one of the first friends I made when I joined. Lately you've been busy and less active but real life is a priority and I wish you all the best.


Illogical. Thanks for being awesome as staff and a compassionate person always there for me even when I was and when I am going through difficult times. We also went together through some events I have fond memories of such as making that arena together that won the competition and generally just doing all these small things together- keep doing what you're doing and I wish you all the best both on the server and in real life - you deserve it.

Z0ck3t - my partner in crime heh. Thanks for being a great builder of approximately equal skill and helping me build Vtown and bring it to its full glory and thanks for putting up with me as a boss as I tend to be picky when it comes to builds and building xD

Steasaur - Although it may seem a bit rude towards other staff members (but that is not my intention at all) thanks for being my favorite staff member, dinosaur and just a very cool guy in general who's also been there for me even through difficult times.

Belgnbor - Thanks for always being willing to talk to me about all sorts of things, for being a great friend, for helping me flatten stuff at the town, gifting me tons of animals for warp vzoo and much much more.

Guy and Uber - Thanks for being awesome as staff and 2 ppl that were the first ones to welcome me when I had just joined the server for the first time.

Biscuit - Even tho you're not on here anymore you're one of the greatest builders I met and one of the first friends I made after Elsio. Thanks for everything we went through together - wish you good luck with your server

Kat - Thanks for being such a positive person and making me and us all pick up on these positive vibes when you're around, and also for being great as staff.

Lildevilian - You were the first staff I had interactions with and the one that answered all my noobish questions with patience and you stayed that way throughout my stay on HT and I thank you for that. I'm sure you'll be great as a boss too when working together on Moderntown now

Legendaryrty - Thanks for all the builds and build ideas we exchanged all the stuff we talked about and being a great guy. Same goes for Sleepysonya

Thatonewolfe/Cil - you were the 3nd person I ever met and became friends with on HT. Thanks for always being there to talk to me and being a cool builder and person hope all goes well with your school and irl stuff.

Odinslegacy - the first friend I made. Sadly you're not as active as you used to be. You probably won't see this, but still thanks a lot.

Also thanks to the rest of the staff team and everyone I might've unintentionally left out. For all those that are yet to meet me feel free to msg me when you see me online - I'm generally looking forward to making new friends, meeting new ppl and just having a nice chat or doing some stuff together.

English is not my 1st language (as I'm Croatian obviously) so I apologize for the mistakes I have made writing this ... and I'm also not that great at writing this sort of thing but I tried my best.
