Why should you be unbanned: I don't believe I should be unbanned  but am asking for a second chance I've paid my dues
Time after time I've done my sentence and committed a crime And bad mistakes I've made a few I've had my share of sand
Kicked in my face But I've come through And we mean to go on and on and on and on

We are the champions, my friends I believe through this ban I have become a man a Minecraft man and if this ban doesn't become undone that's fine but I just want you all to know.... Love is all you need  


Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because 3 of my friends play on the server and I would love to join them I also just put a bunch of Queen lyrics on the ban appeal and I think  that's pretty cool im sorry to the man I stole cobblestone from <3

Why should you be unbanned: I'm assuming the reason for my ban is because I stumbled upon a base in the middle of nowhere, the blocks were unprotected and I assumed that the base was empty. I broke a couple of blocks and stole an enchanting table. All of which I am willing to pay back, with items as well as in-game cash as compensation. 

Why do you want to come back: Me and my friend have put multiple hours into this server as a way of staying connected as I'm away from college over the summer. The server's community, as well as the structured shop and farm setups are amazing and I want to keep my current progress on the map. The greifing I was banned for was stupid, but not malicious and for that I'm sorry.

Reason for your ban: Griefing

Who banned you: Uber

Why should you be unbanned: It was a simple misunderstanding on my behalf. There were free diamonds in the chest so I assumed the blocks around it would be too, so I mined them. I now understand what I did wrong and next time I should probably ask before taking stuff.

Why do you want to come back: It has such a great community and I have heaps of fun on the server. Plus I donated so it would be a shame if I could never come back...

Reason for your ban: X-Ray??

Who banned you: "Penguin/Trek"

Why should you be unbanned: Because i feel as if i was falsely banned as I was banned for "X-Ray" which ive had no incounters with in the past, I was just mining out under /warp TokenTown where we are trying to clear out the whole area and i decided i was just going to go mining because i was getting bored, I found a mineshaft and 1 chest there with just gold and some other stuff in it. I then carried on mining and found a lava pit, As most people do i dug around the pit in hope that i would find diamonds, I didnt but there was one right next to it so i dug around that and found diamonds, Nothing extreme. Obviously theres coal, iron and gold ore aswell lying around so i picked quite abit of that up aswell hence the reason i mined "48 ores in 3 hours"

Why do you want to come back: Because i was actually having a good time and i feel that i was banned without solid evidence which should'nt have happened

Why should you be unbanned: I apologize for griefing the area affected, I wasn't aware the area was still inhabited by anyone, there was missing blocks and just a bunch of confusing stuff that made it seem like the area was abandoned, I didn't think there would be any consequences for doing what I did and I thoroughly apologize for my actions. I am willing to fix anything I messed up and pay for what I have done. 

Why do you want to come back: Again, I am so sorry. hometown is my favorite minecraft server and I will do anything to be forgiven! I have since re-read the rules very thoroughly and vow to never grief again! I am so sorry for anyone I inconvenienced!!

Why should you be unbanned: Misunderstanding The Rules (I did /seen after getting the name from the chest at the home and it said that the player had not been on 7 months and was banned) I Stupidly Assumed That Unclaimed Areas Of Long Banned Players {AKA ones that would not be back} Was Fair Game And Could Be Taken At A Whim. Sadly I Was Deeply Incorrect And Was Banned Thusly.

Why do you want to come back: TBH the other server I was on get greifed to death and I just have my own server that's pretty boring (it's like an expensive single player game) Also Most Other Servers That Advertise As Towny Have Other Gamemodes That Attract A Disproportionate Portion Of Players.

Notes: 
Do you know how to add plugins to a fresh 1.14.3 server? all of the tutorials say to add them to the plugins folder but I don't have such a folder.

Who banned you: "Trekkie" Didnt get her full name ingame

Why should you be unbanned: Because i only just joined yesterday made my base and got abit annoyed not finding any valuables, ofcourse there is no need for that and thats what minecraft is about (the grind), I did admit to my offence which was respected by Trekkie. And whilst im writing this id like to commend Trekkie for her Moderation skills as she was able to catch me and jail me in less than 5 minutes.

Why do you want to come back: Because i had a few good friends on there and i really did enjoy playing on the server and would like to keep enjoying playing on it. I fully understand if i do not get unbanned as it does clearly state in the rules #9 that X-Raying or any Hacking is a permanent ban.

Why should you be unbanned: I was not the one x-raying. I was playing with Corbindal and was unaware that they were x-raying, I assumed they were having good luck and allowed followed when they found diamonds. I lack the knowledge of how to acquire mods and do not plan on gaining that knowledge at all in the future. I was just trying to mine out my mine a bit more and expand it, and gain some ores from it. I am sorry about my friends use of x-ray, I wasn't aware it was being used and did not know they had mods before I was banned. I am sorry for not realizing and reporting it, I have no experience with mods or what it looks like when they are in use.

Why do you want to come back: I enjoy the overall feeling of the server, it is very welcoming and enjoyable. I have a group of friends on this server and I am otherwise unaware that they are on any other servers. I would like to continue playing on this server in the future. The friends I have made on the server are some of the best friends I've had in a long while and I would very much like to continue playing with them
