My suggestion for this server is to have warnings before you actually get banned. For example, if someone x-rays, they get banned for only a few hours instead of a few days straight away. Then after that, if they're still breaking rules, ban them as you would normally.

It is taking a while for my ban appeal to be replied to and I want to get back on the server as soon as possible.

Why should you be unbanned: I haven't played on the server for a quite a while now and was surprised that I have been banned for griefing. I was banned previously and have tried my hardest to adhere to the server rules. If I have truly broken a rule, I am sorry and will try even harder to not break server rules.

Why do you want to come back: Summer is starting soon and all my college friends are planning on playing together on this server. This server created the perfect SMP environment and we enjoyed playing on it last summer.

I started playing a bit ago but decided to make a forum post now because... why not?

My name is Seyroon and I pretty much just build and vote. I love making houses and populating towns, so if you're in need of some architecture feel free to let me know - I build free of charge, too. I mostly do modern/minimal type stuff but I also don't mind doing some more rustic looking buildings.

Reason: Stealing diamond blocks and evading/ignoring staff

Why I should be unbanned: I don't have an excuse for stealing the diamond blocks, I thought they were claimed and thought I wouldn't be able to take them but I was. That was all on me and I am 110% willing to give all of the diamonds back that I stole out of the blocks I took if I am unbanned. I didn't know how to answer melaniebeedot's pm so that's why I was ignoring them. For evading them, I don't have a reason for doing so. It was wrong for me to take the blocks after figuring out they were able to be taken. After destroying one, I should've put it back where it was and been on my way but I didn't and that was extremely selfish of me. 

Why I want to come back: It will never happen again from me. I know the consequences of my actions and I am willing to comply on giving all of the diamonds back. This is all on me and I don't have any excuses. I have no reason to lie or manipulate anyone on this server. The server is a nice community that I've come to love these past couple of months. Again, I am truly sorry to the person I stole those blocks from and you will get all the diamonds I stole from you. To the staff member I ignored/evaded, that is on me for not knowing how to answer your pm. I would like to come back if you would let me. Thank You.

Why i should be unbanned: I am a new player on this server, I entered the server about 8 hours ago. I starting to explore a survival. First i saw a tower with iron ore,golden ore,and diamond ore. I tried to take it, whether it's free or not. I don't know. then the iron ore can be taken. So i guess its free... Then i saw a UberChest.. i opened it.. there is a lot of iron block. i thought it was free. then I took it. Then i sell it.. I don't know if it is illegal..

Why i want to come back: I love the hometown. I absolutely love the server atmosphere, and when i see that i was banned i was so sad.. i can't play again..

I am truly sorry...
