I have used x-ray for the past 2-3 days, I have amounted a total of around 10k from it as well as a full set of diamond armor. I typically wouldn't be the person to cheat on a server I like, but I made a stupid choice to try it out. I completely accept the fact that everything will be taken away from me i just hope not my rank.

I have been on this server almost a year and haven't been on a server like it. As well as that when jailed by UberDeathBunny I wasn't given enough time to respond, I was messaging him back saying the same things I'm saying now but he assumed I was trying to get out of it by acting afk.
Me and a few friends have a project were working on and I very much want to keep working on it.

Reason for your ban: Grief

Who banned you: Admin (Did not give me a name)

Why should you be unbanned: I was exploring the nether and found a portal and went back to the regular world. The portal brought me to a small house with a beacon. I thought the area was abandoned (the area being unclaimed helped with that thought), so I took the beacon materials back to my house.
I have been informed that no areas are abandoned and I have learned my lesson. I still have the materials to give back. I am sorry for what I have done, I thought wrong but have learned my lesson.

Note: At the time, my friend "ThatEpicMexicannn" helped me mine the blocks because he has a faster pickaxe than me. He DID NOT take any materials. I do believe he is not at fault

Why do you want to come back: I play on this server with my two friends and we have been having a good, peaceful time on this server upgrading our houses as every day passes. I like your server with all of its features, like /warp.

Reason for your ban: breaking a spawner/ unclaimed

Why should you be unbanned: 

i am playing with a few of my friends, and we came across this beacon. Since it was unclaimed and looked abandoned we though it was a okay to take from it. we now realized that wasn't the case, and are willing to give back everything we took.

Why do you want to come back: 

we are frequent players in the server, and are active in the community around it. we are severely sorry for any hardship i, and my friends have caused. now that we have learned from our mistakes, this one time occurrence will not happen again.

Why should you be unbanned: Seeing as how the reason for my ban is not very specific im unaware as to what exactly i did. If you are able to shed some light on what the "griefing" was i can make the necessary steps to correct my actions. 

Why do you want to come back: I would like to be unbanned as i have several friends on this server and would like to rejoin and play with them.

Reason for your ban: The reason for my ban was that I broke blocks. I realize that this was wrong and will not ever break anyone else's blocks again.

Why should you be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because I made a mistake that i wont make again. I went back and read the rules and saw that what I did was considered as grief. At the time I didn't realize that what I was doing was grief but now I fully know that it was and I apologize for that. I would like to go back and replace the blocks that I broke to make things right.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because I really enjoy the server and everything it has to offer. I would also like to get back on so I can replace the blocks that I broke and continue the projects that I am working on

Why should you be unbanned: I was X-raying and I realize what I did was wrong and would like to fix it. This gave me an unfair advantage to people playing normally. I will not X-ray anymore and will play legitimately. I have friends on this server and would like to play with them.

Why do you want to come back: Like said earlier I have friends on this server and have made many large structures so I would like to build some more with them because it is very fun. This is one of the only Pure Survival Servers I could find at least and the server has a very nice and helpful community. I just enjoy playing on this server in general. I have been playing for almost 7 days in a row and have voted at least 20 times.

Reason for your ban: Theft/Griefing

Who banned you: Dar?

Why should you be unbanned: Well the guy would most likely want his stuff back if he doesn't have it. I didn't know it was being used, next time I won't freak out and tp out of there and I'd return the stuff.

Why do you want to come back: Just wanna give the guy back his stuff, I don't really play on servers like this so if he doesn't have his stuff already he probably won't ever get it back, I'm fine with being banned if his stuff is safely returned. I'm not really sure how to go about returning it to him, I was hoping it would just be like he's on when I'm on and I'd tpa to him and return the stolen goods.

Reason for your ban: disrepsect to staff/ trolling/ offensive comments

Why should you be unbanned: I should be unbanned because what I believe was the cause of my ban was because I asked a knock knock joke and I guess the mod thought that I was trying to single a player out I was "spamming" before. After this I was muted and after my mute I asked the mod who muted me how they got mod since they banned me for asking a knock knock joke in the chat.

Why do you want to come back: Because the server is super friendly  in my experience except for a couple of players and a couple of staff members that I believe abuse their power.

Why should you be unbanned: I did not know that the beacon belonged to someone as it was in an unclaimed area.

Why do you want to come back: I enjoy playing on the server and i have put in a good amount of work on the things i have built in it. I would like to keep working on the things that I have built, especially my homestead.
