Why should you be unbanned: I don't plan on griefing now or in the future. I enjoy this server with a few of me friends and would hate to have to find a new server.

Why do you want to come back: I don't know what I griefed but if I did I'd love to come back and fix it. I might've just misunderstood ruling and I don't want to break them again if I did.

Reason for your ban: Mistake XRay

Who banned you: Uber/Death

Why should you be unbanned: Because I was banned for XRay by mistake and I will explain why it was a mistake. You see the evidence that point to me XRay was in fact just a simple way I mine ore. I will try to explain this as best as I can for you as I will be my own lawyer. So you see how I mine ore is actually really simple. When I look for diamond ore I look for Lapis Lazuli and then from there I mine down around it all way to bedrock or until I hit the diamond ore. So you see I just simply look for patterns in Minecraft to get the ore I need and yes I know I collect a lot of diamond ore. But it just simply me using my eyes,brain and my knowledge not XRay at all. After all I feel that XRay is cheating and what the fun using XRay when all it does is take the hard work of mining and showing you where you need to mine. To me when I mine for ore I enjoy the unknown of what I will find and what type of danger I will find as I mine. Also to all the staff member I argue/fought with please forgive me I was just so mad and stubborn to wright a proper banned form because I was not thinking clearly and my anger cloud my judgement on how I should deal with this unfair banned. I hope you guys can forgive me and if not I completely understand. 

Why do you want to come back: Because I was unfairly judge and accuse of XRay also I understand if staff wants to keep an eye on me I will also be happy to report on where I am going and what I am doing if that is necessary. But the main reason why I want to come back is because that Hometown is my home and my only server for Minecraft and you guys are also my online family and family fight now and again but we still care about each other no matter what happens and that the type of server I want to be back on.

Reason for your ban: Beacon Theft

Who banned you: Guy

Why should you be unbanned: I had teleported to my friend who had spawned randomly in the wild, in hopes to find flowers in which I could later sell them at the BuySell warp. Upon that, I came across an unclaimed beacon. I was unaware that beacon theft was a rule, and on my part, I should have read through the rules more thoroughly as to avoid this inconvenience. I was unaware of the consequences of this wrongdoing and apologize for doing so. 

Why do you want to come back: I wish to come back because my friend and I were working on a claim together in which we had already spent several hours working on. I really enjoy the server and its environment/community. I will be sure to reread the rules to avoid future conflicts, and once again I apologize for acting upon this offense. Please take my appeal into consideration as I hope to contribute to this server in a positive way. It was never my intention to break a rule.

I ask for a minecraft trial in the minecraft server and to be unbanned for the trial. The court can take place at mobtopia I have a court room setup there or we could have the court at my mansion I have all the stuff to setup a quick court room or maybe somewhere else. If that a no then I guess we can continue this trial somewhere else. All I ask is for a fair trail and chance to explain myself and why I did not XRay I also ask for a chance to show you guys what I did and why you guys though that it was XRay. If I am found guilty then I will gladly wright a proper form for the staff. But If I am not found guilty then all I request is to simply be unbanned and nothing else.

Why should you be unbanned: I don't remember griefing. The closest thing to griefing that I did was in november and not real serious. I might have taken one gold block from a warp but is that really enough for a ban? I have a lot of those anyway.

Why do you want to come back: I want to play the game and build.
I would love to write longer, but I don't know exactly what I was banned for.

Why should you be unbanned: I haven't stolen anything. The only thing I did that might be considered that would be breaking a minecart at the Big Skeleton build yesterday, but that was because it was blocking my own minecart and I couldn't go around the path because of it. If I did steal something then I am sorry and will return to the proper owner, along with any compensation necessary.


Why do you want to come back: I have been in this server for over 2 months and have been a good member of it. I've had a lot of fun in it and found a lot of nice people who make a really wholesome community. I've also invested a lot of time in it and don't want it all to go to waste.

Why should you be unbanned: I wont even lie, I was banned for something I did do. I had just joined MC after several years of not playing and I LOVED this server. My decision to cheat was not to undermine or disrespect this server, its staff, or community. My decision was selfish, and I apologize. I was frustrated with how difficult mining was (I had forgotten the minecraft grind). Im sorry I made this decision, and I hope that my sincere regret can be heard and believed. This situation has taught me that I should make better decisions in the future, especially with a server/community that I enjoy playing in!

Why do you want to come back: Although my time was short lived, I enjoyed every second of it. I had big plans for some of my builds, i quickly donated, I was making friends and enjoying all the great parts of the map. Id like to come back so I can continue to enjoy this server and everything its got to offer. Thank you for your consideration and I hope to be back and apart of this community soon.
