Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): If I don't get unbanned, that's fine. I've already said how I made a dumb choice and how I deserve the grave I dug myself. However, I do like the server and I feel like if I were to come back I could try to make it better with my own "charm" and my enjoyment of the kind of community. I try to make and do things that help the server as a whole for the most part, and have plans in the future for something very fun for the server if I do get unbanned. I got greedy and made a stupid choice (a few stupid choices actually) but I did a bit of an interesting thing to rectify that (further down in appeal). Also, Given that I only xrayed for diamonds then sold them, to rectify it, I'll just pay back the money I got from selling the diamonds to the person I sold them to, then everything should be back as it was before.

Why do you want to come back: I want to finish my casino, complete my contract I had with Rot, Finish Nooberg (and make it better), continue helping new players, and not let the 45$ I spent on VIP3 go to waste because I made one (or two) stupid decision(s). I do like this server and am considering trying to make some content on it in the future. I was a bit rash in saying "I'm not burdened by not being allowed back" mainly due to me being a bit irritable recently due to external factors. I might possibly do some livestreams and some videos to try to get back into YouTube. Free advertising for you, free content for me, and all sorts of neat stuff for everyone all around. After all, I'd treat it as my retirement from PvP, so I can have a more chill place to vibe and just kinda settle down in a cool and fun community of peeps that actually get along. Every server I've usually played on is just fueled by conflict, so having a server directly the opposite definitely is neat.


My extra note before you continue this appeal (Please read):
Because of my last appeal's denial, I'd like to first apologize for being a bit of a smartass in my first appeal. I was annoyed at being treated like basically a child, for incorrectly thinking that my appeal was assumed to being AI generated (which it wasn't, nor is this one), and have had some pent up emotional stress from certain IRL things that've happened relatively recently so it kind of bubbled over into me being a bit of a jerk, so I'm sorry for my attitude, cause as uber said, this isn't the place to be a smart-ass.
However, I do stick by my statements of "publicly viewable appeals are weird" however given that according to Uber, "Players don't mock others for appealing" I guess it's not as bad as I assumed it'd be. I'm used to the PvP community and how toxic, aggressive, and quick to insult they tend to be, especially towards people that have to appeal a cheating ban of any kind, so excuse my expectations on that one specifically. I've played PvP for almost 12 years at this point so the concept of "people hate me for just existing" kind of is drilled into my brain, so my annoyance with the public appeal process stems from the concept of disliking "public humiliation" and that's about it, so yeah sorry for that too.

Also, I did say something specific in my last appeal about how "I don't want to have to do schoolyard punishments like writing "I will not xray" on 100 signs" and I stick by that statement wholeheartedly. Nobody should have to write "I Will Not Xray" on 100 signs.
So I didn't.
I wrote it on 1000 Signs.

Hope this is sufficient enough effort on my part to warrant an unban, but if it doesn't, well. It's been fun. I don't expect to re-answer the questions I answered in the 2nd half of my first appeal if they're just copy pasted again, as I already gave my thoughts on "why it's wrong to xray" and all those questions in my previous appeal. I stick by what I said, even if it came across as a bit smart-assy, so the answers to the questions won't change maybe except the wording being a bit more "nice" but the bulk of the answers will be the same.

Anyways, as before. Even if I'm a stinky xrayer, I appreciate the staff and all they do, and hope that maybe my apology will be a bit more sufficient this time.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): i would greatly appreciate a 2nd chance because i have learned from the mistake and understand that my actions negatively affected other players times. if unbanned i will follow the server rules avoid trolling and focus on being a positive member of the community  

Why do you want to come back: i want to come back because i super duper uper enjoyed playing on the server and would like the opportunity to contribute in a more respectful way on foenem. I understand if trust needs to be rebuilt and im willing to prove that i can be a better player. (can get a rec letter from kai cenant if needed onb (me and him are tight) )

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): Honestly it would be completely understandable and reasonable if I didn't get a second chance. I got greedy and wanted to make as much money as possible as fast as possible, so I circumvented the "being legit" part and just went from point A to Z. I was getting tired of having to just RTP around and pray to find a cave in res that hadn't been cleaned out completely, so yeah I did the stupid. However, I like the vibes and community of this place, so if I do get unbanned, I won't be doing that again. Deleting all the funny see thru things packs and keeping myself fair and balanced. (Also I'll be repaying the 100k or so I earned from selling diamonds back to the person I sold them to, if that hasn't happened already.) Plus I'm considering creating a better version of Nooberg and making that as my sort of "main project" after my Casino is finished, so I can give more back to charity. But hey, if I don't get unbanned, that's honestly completely justified. I dislike cheaters myself, being a former pvper, so I can understand the distain for anyone trying to break the system.
I have no excuses or anything as justification, Not going to bother with that one cause there's no real justification. I just got greedy, which is on me. All I can really say is I'm sorry. Not just for getting caught but for being dumb enough to decide to try to game the system. The house always wins after all, never try to gamble that they don't have everything locked down.

Why do you want to come back: This was going to be my sort of "Retirement" server from PvP. I like the vibes of the people and the insane creativity of the community, and am frankly kind of happy that this server has such a locked down anticheat and anti exploit system that they can know people are doing stupid stuff while not even online. That kind of server is really what I've been looking for in terms of a "retirement server". It's far better than most servers I've played with similar premises. Also I'd like to come back eventually so I can finish the rest of my casino and build Rottentinfoil the penthouse suite I have a contract with them for, and to be able to continue to help new players get their footing. I honestly really like this place, and am sorry for deciding to break the rules. Also I was considering starting to make content on this server or streaming it when I'm online, that way both free advertising for the server, I might get some following, and I can prove to being legit all the time. Otherwise I'll likely just go back to PvP, as that's kind of the only real thing I've been good 
at.

Greetings, I'm nicholas, more known as nick, I'm here for quite a long time, won a tournament on a 2nd place and own one of the more OP armor sets, lol, (yes ik, I'm flexing) otherwise im just here, trying to start a town all by myself, and will most likely relocate my town under a new name, lol (currently its furana, you can warp there) welp, I'm a furry, an lowk chill guy, and the type who is gonna fully lead a charge against enemies for the promise of being able to kill people and become someone memorable within hometown (I belive i already am lol) otherwise I'm just a guy who wants to build well and is improving his building skill, also somewhat knows how to make Minecraft skins (i currently own 2 types - winter/formal and summer/casual)

It was a bad decision that broke the server rules, and I take full responsibility for my actions. If I am given a second chance, I promise it will never happen again. I am more than happy to return the iron blocks immediately or grind to repay the player I took them from to make things right.
Why do you want to come back: I love playing on HometownMC and have put a lot of time into the server. I actually just got my elytra and was really excited to keep playing. Most importantly, I have great friends here whom I really miss. I want to come back to hang out with them and prove that I can be a trustworthy member of the community.

Dear HometownMC Administration Team,
I am writing this to sincerely apologize for my actions and to formally appeal my permanent ban from the server.
I was banned for stealing 44 iron blocks. Looking back, I realize that this was completely unfair to the player who worked for those resources, and it broke the trust of the community. There is no excuse for griefing or stealing, and I take full responsibility for my lapse in judgment.
HometownMC has been my favorite server for a very long time. I have invested a lot of hours into this community, from building up my house to finally earning an elytra. I genuinely had so much fun playing here every day, and it hurts to know that I ruined that experience for myself and potentially for others because of a bad decision.
I miss the server and wish more than anything that I could see my house again and rejoin the community. If you are willing to give me a second chance, I promise to return any stolen items immediately, strictly follow all the server rules, and never steal again.
