I don’t see any response to my latest ban appeal. I know the rules say I should be patient and stuff but I see that newer ban appeals made by other people are getting looked at and I still don’t see any feedback to mine. I hope a someone gives an explanation to why my ban appeal is getting ignored. I have no idea if it counts as “spectacular”.

Mel I wnt to clarify here that first I ask blue for the picaxe for one day so he said yes. And from the last few days I saw that the blue was frustrated from the picaxe and from the starting of the day when he got the picaxe I wnt that and I really don't know the real worth of that picaxe on that day also I offered him 180k but on that day he refused but after then day before yesterday I asked him will buy that picaxe for 100k + my elytra I won from the participantion award of cobble cobble event and he said me that it is an tempting offer so I raise up the bid for 200k and said him vip 1+ 50k so he said nothing but I went to game he told me I agree to your terms and conditions so I buyed from him and then I asked boar that how much you can me for that picaxe and I didn't told him I have the picaxe I told him if I get then so he offered me 3 million so I think little bit and I asked him will it be reselling so he said no it only for shopes and I think for some time and called him in the server and hand over the picaxe and then all started to blaming me that I scammed him but I didn't because he only agrees on my terms and conditions and I said him take your time but in hurry he sold his valuable picaxe. I don't just wnt that picaxe for money I wnt that for justice because according to me I am the worthy person to get that award and I didn't push him to sell that picaxe he only /msg in game that he agreed to my offer.

why do you want to comeback. I wnt to comeback because first of all I am worngly banned because I didn't try to scam him and second reason that I love this server like enjoying here doing my real estate business and having pvp with my friends and I have to prove that I am not a scammer. And if more investigations are required then plz inform me and this time I will not interfere and I will corporate with you guys.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): Usually im good at holding in the things my filter wants me to say that i shouldnt say. The day i got banned, i was not so good at holding in those things. I do apologise to mel and to the people who were present. I could have used will power and said something other than what i said, or said nothing at all and caused no conflict. Im sorry. i was having a bad day and should not have taken it out on the poeple of HT, it was a huge mistake that i dont want to make again.

Why do you want to come back: Ive been a member on HT for several years. Im even close to ancient rank. I love it there, i just dont play much because i dont have a goal. But its the place i run to when i have nothing to do, i like to sit at warp cab and just chill and watch everyone talk about every day minecraft things. im without that right now and that drives me nuts. HT is my home away from home and ive been wanting to go back there and be with everyone again and i cant.

Why should you be unbanned: Greetings it has been a few months since playing on this server, I am a changed person and will adhere to the rules of this great server more vigilantly, I will not make the same mistakes I once did and strive to improve as a player! I am sorry to those whom I may have offended, and this is my first ban. I am to focus more on creation within this server and avoid public politics and builds that reference in real life politics, please allow me to show I am a changed player

Why you should unban me: I am sorry for all these mistakes I have made on the server in the past and I will try to not grief things anymore (and if I do grief something again I will take responsibility and fix it)
Why I want to come back: I really miss playing on the server and would like to do things like helping people build stuff.

The moments that happened before I got permanently banned (how I remembered it): I was in a huge honey pot and there was another guy with me in that big honey pot and he gave me 4 soul sand and 3 wither skulls. Then later a staff member ‘pardoned’ me and let me out of the big honey pot. Then I thought hmmm I’ll try to find a wither farm use the 4 soul sand and 3 wither skulls to make a wither and kill it. I went to a warp I thought was a wither farm. I noticed there wasn’t enough room to summon a wither so I broke some blocks so there was enough room to place a wither. Then esptree banned me
What I did wrong: I broke some blocks that was in a structure someone made.
What I should’ve done instead: I should’ve not break any blocks there and I should have looked for a different location or just not do anything with the 4 soul sand and 3 wither skulls.
Why it was wrong: It counts as griefing and was not a good idea. 

I understand that the ban is permanent. I hope these details were amazing enough to convince you to unban me or at least make the ban less permanent.
