Why should you be unbanned: I lowkey have a ton of people on this server that i like and i dont actually
know their discord users and stuff like that and plus the server is fun and im gonna get evicted from the house i made 

Why do you want to come back: im gonna get evicted and also i want to just hang out with the people i met

ill stop my wrongdoing if you unban me please i wont do it again and if i do thats honestly my own fault im lowkey a dirty hacker im sorry, put me under survailence i swear i wont do it again

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): Because I am able to function on the server without hacks. Never used them except for a few select times when I was playing with a friend (as a joke).

Why do you want to come back: I was starting to have genuine fun on the server without using hacks. I will also not do it again.

I understand that x-ray is against the rules and I want to clear that I take full responsibility for breaking that rule. And I am genuinely sorry for why I did and how they may have affected others. And I understand the importance of keeping the server fair for everyone. And if I am given another chance I can promise that I will fully follow the server rules moving forward. I have also deleted the x-ray texture pack because I have released how unfair it makes the server for everyone else. And I am willing to accept any conditions, warnings or any temporary restrictions of any kind that you feel are appropriate.

I would like the chance to come back to the server because I have genuinely enjoyed having fun and getting to know how the server works and getting to meet a bunch of fun people. The server was also a way for me to get to play with some of my closest friends. And I regret the mistakes that took my opportunity to play on the server with them away. If allowed back I would play fairly and contribute to the community.

why you should be unbanned: mel i really dont wnt this that this thing should go that far i just wnt to clearify that ok i am accepting that i was trying to scam blue for his picaxe and i regreting that alot because due to this i am not able to play in the server which is my most peacfull job and i like to spend time with my buddies. so, i request you plz give me one more chance and this time i will grind in server with my efforts and i will try to win any competion. plz mel this time i will not disoppoint you and i will make myself a fair player and i will improve on my mistakes its just about one chance.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): First I want to clearly say that I did not X-rayed at any point and even never downloaded a x ray texture pack,I know my mining g tunnels are very suspicious and can be said that x ray is likely used but I did not x rayed the only thing I did was mining with a player who was x raying and even knowing that he was x raying I continued mining with him instead of reporting him to the staff members and this was my dumbest mistake which I did. I know how x raying any other exploits destroy the economy of an server and also give an unfair advantage to players , I also understand how playing with a player using cheats and exploits can also include me as partner of the player who was using cheats. I promise that I will never use any cheats or not even play with a player who is using cheats and if I found someone cheating I will report to the staff as soon as possible

Why do you want to come back: I want to comeback because I have nothing to do in my free time and I also want to play with my friends again enjoy with them. I was having so many plans which I wanted to execute in the Smp

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): Because it was like 3 years ago and I think I was being stupid because I was young and I am older now and am more mature and I won't spam an ip address to a random server because I actually read the tos and now know that I is strictly bannable if you spam or hack or X-ray etc

Why do you want to come back: Because I want to play the server and see what is new on it after a long period of time thanks

When I try to join it still says the same message but now the text isnt colorful.

I don’t see any response to my latest ban appeal. I know the rules say I should be patient and stuff but I see that newer ban appeals made by other people are getting looked at and I still don’t see any feedback to mine. I hope a someone gives an explanation to why my ban appeal is getting ignored. I have no idea if it counts as “spectacular”.

Mel I wnt to clarify here that first I ask blue for the picaxe for one day so he said yes. And from the last few days I saw that the blue was frustrated from the picaxe and from the starting of the day when he got the picaxe I wnt that and I really don't know the real worth of that picaxe on that day also I offered him 180k but on that day he refused but after then day before yesterday I asked him will buy that picaxe for 100k + my elytra I won from the participantion award of cobble cobble event and he said me that it is an tempting offer so I raise up the bid for 200k and said him vip 1+ 50k so he said nothing but I went to game he told me I agree to your terms and conditions so I buyed from him and then I asked boar that how much you can me for that picaxe and I didn't told him I have the picaxe I told him if I get then so he offered me 3 million so I think little bit and I asked him will it be reselling so he said no it only for shopes and I think for some time and called him in the server and hand over the picaxe and then all started to blaming me that I scammed him but I didn't because he only agrees on my terms and conditions and I said him take your time but in hurry he sold his valuable picaxe. I don't just wnt that picaxe for money I wnt that for justice because according to me I am the worthy person to get that award and I didn't push him to sell that picaxe he only /msg in game that he agreed to my offer.

why do you want to comeback. I wnt to comeback because first of all I am worngly banned because I didn't try to scam him and second reason that I love this server like enjoying here doing my real estate business and having pvp with my friends and I have to prove that I am not a scammer. And if more investigations are required then plz inform me and this time I will not interfere and I will corporate with you guys.
