I have a bad habit of spamming to get my point across and I think that there should be a warning

Hey, so I was banned because I was "griefing" someone else's area. This is how the story goes. I was wondering around collecting pumpkins because I was working on a build at my home. I came across an area with a pumpkin and lots of soil. I broke the pumpkin and took some of the soil. The problem I had was I didn't know it was somebody's stuff until someone had messaged me saying that I stole their stuff. Absolutely none of the things I took were claimed. Everything was unclaimed, and I wouldn't have been able to take any if it was claimed. If something is not claimed it does not belong to anyone, or at least that's what I thought. One of the moderators said I was griefing because I was destroying something that somebody else built. I was taking a single pumpkin and dirt that was naturally formed not man made at all. Somebody help.

superduper36 and meapermeap griefed our home. they broke all of our crops, most of our builds. they killed most of our turtles & let our llamas go. (I live with goingboldly so any activity done by her is okay)

Why you should be unbanned: I know didn't grief my account got hacked. I know this because my password to Mojang does not work. I know I’ve been hacked because I always write down my passwords. I don't know what I stole but I'll give all the items I own and in my inventory to you. I am sorry for not securing my account properly.

Why Do You Want To Come Back: This is my favorite server Hometown.mc is the best server I have ever played on! I ditched other servers because this is the BEST server that I’ve played on. This server is well maintained, this server the admins are fun and better than other servers admins. This server is not trashy like the other survival servers. 

If anyone is interested in purchasing me VIP2 or VIP3 in exchange for in game money please mail me in game. I'm on almost everyday and have discovered through recent projects that fly would be very useful. Please mail me with a reasonable price and if you want to check that I have the funds my IGN is EMC_. 3 times today I have seen racism, anti-semitism, and support of 'national socialism, but not the racism part' (and then anti-semitism and the n-word followed? hm...) from a player. There was an admin on all 3 times. I don't feel like playing if this is going to be allowed to go on.

I've had my horse last night for about an hour or two- I forget and suddenly they just randomly disappeared after I left my place to go hunting and searching for wood/mining. I come back to not see them there. I had a name tag on him, his name is Kingston, and he had 14 hearts. I spent a good amount of time trying to find him and bring him home. 

My other two horses at my house; Mistress and Onix, are completely fine, but for some ungodly reason my main horse, Kingston is gone. Is there a reason why he disappeared? Because I did a little research and it says that horses with a name tag should not have despawned? 

Before you say I probably didn't have a high enough maintenance for him- I had up a two tier wall and my doors were closed, locking them in a confined room with no means of escape unless a horse can jump a two tier fence.

Hi, I'm usually found in a survival of faction survival setting. but I mainly build huge structures out of mountains and under hills. as of right now though im actually building my first flat land stand alone building. I'm quite a nice guy so chat with me if yah like. (Very open minded)

I truly regret doing what I did and not only wish to be able to return to the server but also give back what I have taken. It was only a few things but it was enough to get myself banned from the server. I really love this server a lot, not only because I have the intention of making new friends and including how everything on this server is made and how everything functions. I should´ve read the rules more thoroughly and I have learned from my drastic mistakes from getting banned. My mistake has cost my our place on the server and would deeply appreciate gaining my spot in enjoying this amazing Minecraft Server. This was my first mistake and would also be my last. I am deeply apologetic for what I did and I really would love to be able to play again. I have like to further invest a lot of time on the server, building, mining and even making friends and I would appreciate that I do not lose all of that in vain.

My appeal is simple and straightforward but hopefully enough to let me play on the hometown mc server again. 

I Deeply apologize for my misbehavior and hope this can be solved.

Dear SMP admin,
 
I am new to hometown, and despite reading the rules, I made a mistake. I recently broke villager crops near someone’s private land and traded with villagers that were on his property. In order to do so I manually pushed them off the private area of the village into a public area. I did not kill or hit any of the villagers. I did break crops such as carrots, potato, and wheat to trade. I had no intentions of personally damaging any of the member’s private property or taking from him. The only reason I did what I did is because it was not claimed land and I must have misinterpreted something, but I had the belief that if something was not claimed or appeared naturally generated by the world, it is free to take from. This is only a game and I have no need to do anything similar again. I also will refrain from interacting with stranger’s property or area around unless with consent. I also will more intensely read over the rules. I am new to this server and still learning and adapting to the rules.
 
I have learned a lesson, and because of said mistakes, will not commit them again. Everyone on this server appears mature and the environment of the players is very healthy. I have enjoyed playing this server greatly.

Why do you want to come back?
 
I recently began playing Minecraft again with some buddies from college. I feel no need to hurt or damage anyone else’s property and eagerly want to come back because it is one of the best servers I have ever played on, it is also where my friends have been playing. I do hope you can consider my appeal and understand that it was a mistake and I did not mean anything out of harm or out of competitive nature, I just enjoy the game and thought I was being harmless. I will no longer interfere with land or blocks that I did not place or claim that is clearly in use of another player. I am not out to PVP or battle, this was not like a blatant X-ray or stealing things on claimed land on purpose. I hope you understand my intentions are only to have fun and participate in the great community of Hometown.

*also, as for the two posts, I was confused. The server would not let me join, saying I was no longer on the whitelist. Now when I attempted to log on it said I was banned.
