Over a year ago, actually, I think maybe 2, I was caught x-ray hacking on the server and was banned. At the time, I was a huge liar and tried to appeal by saying I was banned wrongfully, then justice was served and they caught me on my bullshit. Today, I was looking to start playing Minecraft again as I'm interested in the new version and came across Hometown and remembered my ban.
So i'd like to apologize for my past actions on the server and the bullshit I said on the forum and i'd like to ask for an unban. Thanks for reading

Hello! My name is Chase and I am a 15-year-old videographer. I take professional drone shots, edit some small youtuber's videos, and make thumbnails in photoshop for a living. I felt like introducing myself here since I am going to be playing and recording on this server and posting on my own channel, https://www.youtube.com/chasecraft, quite often. So here's a bit about me!
I have 2 hamsters, some fish, and a bunny. I also foster dogs and occasionally bunnies for 2x2 Rescue, (two by two rescue) a non-profit no-kill animal rescue. I have fostered a total of 563 dogs, 1 cat, and 34 bunnies so far, and that's as of May of this year according to 2x2 Rescue's owner, Tara. By the way, I can't foster cats because my mother is allergic, so that's why I have only fostered one so far  
I have a brother (KaidenKraft) that plays on this server, and he is 12 years old as of now. I take care of him a lot as my parents are usually gone working all day almost every day. We are homeschooled, and I help out with his school a ton and I come up with my own school course. We live within walking distance from Gary, IN, which is a high crime ghetto suburb of Chicago. Crime is so high here, I chose not to go to school because of it and have chosen to work from home. Whenever I am outside, I always carry dog-friendly OC spray and regular OC spray, just in case. We have had a foster dog attacked by a random pitbull, and I have gotten attacked (but luckily not hurt badly) before, but I have taken classes on how to tackle and restrain dogs so I was fine. That's actually a problem here though, people use pit bulls as guard dogs, and I don't blame them, but nobody here knows how to keep and train dogs correctly. We see so many strays. Anyway, that's not the point of this lol.

Why should you be unbanned: I wasnt doing any grief i was just gone from my computer for an hour cause me and my brother share the same computer so when hes done playing and stuff he gives me the computer. Then i asked Chumchumsarah "whats wrong?" because she said her home was wrecked and then im put in a jail cell and then banned. I talked to my brother and said he wouldnt do it again and i will be more carefull with my minecraft acount. Im sorry.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because i really enjoy playing on the server with other people so i dont get lonely and get anxiety. I also want to come back because the community on the server is so good to me and also because i did a little work collab with some friends, and i really miss them. I am also new to the server i joined about 3 or 2 days ago and everyone was so nice with me. I am really sorry for whta my brother did and i will try to rebuild the place he griefed, I am really sorry please forgive him for griefing and me for not being carefull.

Warp Free had a grief that I fixed after waiting for three days to get it fix. I fix it myself also when ever I try to contact a Admin online I have them log off or ignore me. Yes I know they are swamp with work but this is starting to make me think that this server is going down hill fast.

Why should you be unbanned: X-Ray is unfair and gives me an upper advantage above others which is not right for a pure survival server. I realized that I was immature with my actions and that by lying to the admins even though they had evidence was wrong especially when they're purpose is to provide a enjoyable and fair server while giving everyone equal oppurtunities to do so. While writing this I realize that cheating is like a drug. It's quite addictive when done once without being caught but is illegal all the same. I do want to take the time to praise the staff for their hard work of catching me and I understand fully what I've done and what they were just trying to do.

Why do you want to come back: The main reason why I cheated was that I wanted to provide Loldythry as much support as I could give with building her village, even if it meant to use X-Rays and risking my membership, but by no means does that justify my actions. This reason still holds true even after I was kicked which is why it would be a blessing if I could come back even if it meant that I had to redeem myself to everyone else. But another reason is so I can personally thank the admins that kicked me for my wrong doings which I would like to tell them personally. Thank you for your time.

Why should you be unbanned:  I admit that i was in the wrong and that it wont happen again and the stuff that i took i will give back and i will give them more it was a stupid decision on my part i dont know why i did it i should not have done it if i get unbanned i will never do it again and wont grief as it is disrescpedt full to others which is rude i have learnt that taking a becon is bannable and that i should never do it again 

Why do you want to come back: i want to come back to the smp beacuse i really enjoyed the server and evertime i hae the time i am on the server doing somthing and it is the most fun i have had on a server in a long time and unfortunitlly i had to ruin it

Why should you be unbanned: Long story short, i was walking around and i came across a base and
it was not claimed I went to a chest and did /Cinfo and said it belonged to tipsays, then I did /seen
 and it said he has been banned and last seen 1 year ago and 1 month and 24 days. so i thought to
myself well hes not coming back then i did /rules and i didn't find anything on taking stuff that's not
 claimed or griefing the only rule that i saw that stood out was don't modify other players builds but
i took that as like if your added to someones claim or someone that has recent activity and not
banned don't mess with there stuff.. well since this guy was banned i took stuff that i could use and
 i saw a beacon and i took it. i get home and get online and it said i was banned for beacon theft and i
was confused on why, i feel like this is a misunderstanding

Why do you want to come back: well this is a good server, i have friends on this server, i have
a shop that i am running with one of my friends, i have worked hard on this server and have a lot to
lose, i feel like this whole thing is a misunderstanding and ill give back what i took but i heard
by my friend that the place has been rolled backed or repaired.

Edit: Please don't take this the wrong way, im not trying to sound rude but I have a suggestion to put the words do not greif or take things from unclaimed land in /rules because the more i look at these ban appeals the more i see people not knowing that taking things from unclaimed land is against the rules.. if i have known that it was against the rules i would have not done it

I just wanted to report the fact the some of the Guardians are abusing their power on the HometownMC server by muting anybody the defies them. Especially in the case of the Greenview settlement where they were silenced because of their town meetings. Greenview's town makes up for most active players in game and is one of the fastest growing/expanding settlements. Therefore; they do have quite a bit of information to talk about/discuss. Once they were forcibly silenced by staff under threat they moved to a Discord server to discuss their upcoming election and the laws they were voting on making. There was an altercation where Greenview did refuse to have their public meetings in a private discord server. Nonetheless; due to the fact that most of if not all of Greenviews members are active. So based on that we can conclude that there will be alot of talking from the Greenview settlement. Therefore; being silenced because of the fact that we bring in alot of new members and we do speak in chat alot is completely unreasonable. The rule the staff cited in their forcible mute of Greenviews town discussion was rule 1. This rule states that you must treat all people with respect on the server, and you cannot be intentionally annoying, this includes racism, sexism, and backtalk. Now some members of Greenview did question the fact that the silence was unfair in their eyes and some of the other players from different communities. Also along with the first rule that was cited they stated that being "annoying" was the reason the Greenview community was not allowed to hold public meetings. The Greenview members did discuss the fact that they may have been a nuisance to some community members. Although the only people who seemed to be making complaints about the Greenview community were Guardians and a V.I.P 3. None of the regular/casual players who played on the server for fun made any complaints. Most of the servers players made no comment whatsoever. But now i have personally had people complain about how the situation is unfolding. Some people have even stated the fact that the current staff handling the situation are being unfair in their "discipline" of the situation. Along with that as an overall server issue watching staff unfairly treat normal players with a direct use of force, because those normal players want to play the game their way will certainly drive other players who are new to the server away. What is going to happen when a new player comes into the server with the idea of starting up a government. Will they be silenced as well. What happens when the leaders of these government run communities decide to leave because of unfair treatment. As you can clearly see by the facts i have stated lower-tier staff abuse on the server is running unchecked and needs to be dealt with before more problems arise. Either the staff training needs to be more elaborate on the rules. Or the rules need to be revised removing any generalizations in the rules section so an abusive staff member cannot "interpret" the rules their way. This is clear unfair treatment of players on the server, and other players as well as I will not stand for this misuse of staff power to enact clear dominance on "lesser" players who dont have as much power.
