Reason for your ban: So I go to log on the server and it says I was banned for "theft" by derpedo or deantrbl (discord name) and I'm very confused why because I havnt been on the server for like 2-3 days. Also, the person who banned me didnt tell me what i apparently stole so this is about all I can say right now.

Why should you be unbanned: I dont recall stealing anything, and if I did it was by accident, and I have no idea why I was banned for theft. I am sorry for any trouble I cause and will for sure be more careful with my actions in the future
[b]Why do you want to come back: Its a good server, very fun, the people are fun and kind and its very fun to play on with my friend because we dont really have a game/server to play together on so we resorted to this server after some other servers we tried out.[/b]

Why should you be unbanned: I would like to unbanned on account that I was not warned to stop by any user.
The user OzTheGreatandCrafty had never told me that I was being disrespectful and I was never told by staff or warned by derpnut to be more respectful, This lack of information given to me prior to the ban confused me to the point of having to ask [Mod] AmbularD If everything was okay on the discord server where I was informed that I had been banned.
Why do you want to come back: I truly enjoy the server and everyone I speak with, I enjoy the community and everyone on the server, people I likely would have never met if not for the discord server.
I would be truly grateful to be allowed back onto the Hometown Discord.

Why should you be unbanned: I would like to be unbanned from the discord server on account of 2 reasons, The first being the lack of warning towards the ban from the server, I was not given any warning from the admin (In this case Derpnut) or The supposed victim of this problem that the comments made between JackAtax11, PlantAssassin15, Epsilon or any others that discussed the matter, given the circumstances I was given no indication from "OzTheGreatAndCrafty" (who I decided to unmute around this time) that my comments made him feel disrespected in any meaningful way, WHILE he was entering my base repeatedly without my permissions, building on JackAtax11 half of the island without his permissions and trying to get PlantAssassin15 and myself banned from the server with his "Mafia" group. The other fact is that I was banned while speaking to Duck for a completely different subject when derp banned both myself and Jack for apparently no reason without giving us details on our ban. to acquire details On this ban I had to ask [guardian]Guy for details. I would also like to ask If PlantAssassin15 and OzTheGreatandCrafty are banned because Oz was just as disrespectful to Jack, plant and me. I also have no record of Oz contacting me about this issue and if he could provide the Logs, I will gladly cross reference with my own.
Why do you want to come back: The reasons I wish to be unbanned from the discord is because It allows me to connect with the community of HomeTown over discord and streamline communication with other players .
Hi Im Anxiety i use ANX for short ive been playing minecraft since it came out however i have never gotten into multiplayer untill today other then playing around with my wife on it so far im having alot of fun on the server.
I have no idea what is going on, but I don't remember doing this, let alone this user.
I'm very confused, I just wanted to play on the server.
I hope this problem will be fixed soon, because I would like to get on and play. If this isn't a mistake, I would like to know who derpedos is, and what I did exactly. I hope it will be fixed tomorrow afternoon so I can get on.

I am Vek. I have been playing and building in Minecraft since, I think, 2010 or 2011. Either way a very long time. I am have been looking for a survival server to settle into and I believe Hometown fits the bill.
To give some history, I have had problems finding a server since the one I was on with my friends and started dying out due to IRL events and low attendance. Mostly I have ran into very laggy servers or servers that are very restrictive when it comes to building styles or the use of Redstone. Also, have encountered problems with moderators and admins that just don't listen. Mainly when it comes to my mining style. This is because when I find a vein of ore, at least 4 deep, I will mine in the cardinal directions until I hit the next chunk. If I find another large deposit then I do it again going a minimum of 10 blocks (2x4x10). This is has been very effective in finding rare ores since I started using it back in 2013. However, it triggers the anti-x-ray alerts and most mods/admins are not willing to listen to my justification. They just ban me and move on. I do not dispute the bans because, to be honest, it is not worth it most of the time. I usually just move on to another server. However when I mentioned this in chat today. Everyone told me that the admins and moderators of this server are very understanding. So I am extremely hopeful that I can prosper here.
Well I know that was a bit long winded but it is something I think everyone should know about. Because I believe in being open and honest. I have seen the amazing building on the server and hope to add my own to the collection. Here is to happy building.

So I have had the same skin for way too long and as I'm not an artistic person, I figured I would reach out to the community to help create me a new custom skin and what better way to do that than to hold a Spooky Halloween Skin Competition? While I have always stuck with a Jeff the Killer theme, I want something real spooky for Halloween (Can be another Jeff the Killer if done well, but doesn't have to be). First prize is $20,000, runner up will receive 10,000. Competition will end on October 17th (Two weeks before Halloween).
Rules:
1. All submissions must be original creations and not ripped off the internet.
2. All submissions should be appropriate (if you couldn't build it in the open on the server without getting banned, dont submit it).
Why should you be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because I never wish to bring harm upon others in the server, and do plan on being more careful if I am allowed back of where I am and what I am allowed to do in those areas. Also, although I may have somehow brought harm upon others, I would like to apologize as well to those I may have caused harm to in the form of trespassing or griefing. For I have no memory of ever trespassing or griefing others, I am open to the fact that I may have accidentally done so, and wish for help in understanding exactly what I've done.
Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because HomeTown is a lovely server, full of lovely people. I have made a few friends on this server that simply could not be found elsewhere, and I wish to continue to give in to HomeTown by helping others as much as I can, as I try my best to help other players when I have the necessary means of doing so, I want to continue helping other players in the small ways that I have. I also want to continue having fun on this server, as it is one of the only servers of two I actively play on, and I wish to return to continue having fun.
Why you should be unbanned: I'm not entirely sure what I stole because I didn't intentionally steal anything, but if its about the sea temple we took blocks from it wasn't claimed and we didn't take that much in comparison to the whole temple.If its for another reason I would like to know so that it can be cleared up, I am happy to return anything.
Why do you wan to come back:I love the server and the community it created and it also a fun thing me and my brother get to do together and we enjoy it, I really don't want to lose that because of a mistake I made.
