I noticed a few of the warp sites have signs stating there is a "no homes" rule. Why? Does setting a home cause the site to behave differently? And how could this be enforced? Can you detect if another player has sethome somewhere?

Why should you be unbanned: Ok first I was using xray and I understand that I was breaking the rules and I also know that I would totally understand if the moderators didn't unban me. I wanna be unbanned because it was a careless stupid mistake and I regret doing it. I also wanna be unbanned because this server has a great community and a great server in general. It seems that mods are doing a great job on keeping the hackers/cheaters out. If I did get unbanned the mods wouldn't even have to worry about me cheating cause it wouldn't happen again. I just really enjoyed the time I had on the server and it was honestly the most fun I have had in a while on the game and I wanna keep playing on this server progressing through the ranks and the game (only this time legit). It would mean a lot if I could get one last chance on the server. If not I totally understand.  

Why do you want to come back: I wanna come back because like I said it was honestly some of the most fun I have had in the game and the amount of warps and fun stuff to do in the server it's just great. I loved building on this server and growing my kingdom and watching others being respectful to each other instead of flat out hating each other. This is my favorite server and I would really like another chance.

Why should you be unbanned: i did not grief at all, if anything i was scared someone else would grief me let alone causing the same circumstance to someone else, especially since i have no clue who shisuan is

Why do you want to come back: my best friend and i have been playing on hometown for quite a while, we're both laid-back server kinda guys and this was the perfect one, i spent so much time building a house from scratch and for all that to be taken away by something i have no idea i did sucks

Reason for your ban: Beacon Theft

Why should you be unbanned: Well this is a total misunderstanding. I had asked the friend who originally owned the beacon if I can have it and he had said yes. My reasoning for asking my friend for his beacon was to place it back in the center of our town so it could be a rainbow again. Proof will be provided as an attachment.

Why do you want to come back: I want to comeback because I had just made a ban appeal the day before and I wouldn't want to just get banned a day latter just like this. This server is a server which I had originally put a lot of time on so I would like to come back and build.

Why should you be unbanned: I found a strip mine while mining for materials, and I happened
upon this weird artificially made cave, and that's where I found the beacon and base.I was just
super tempted to mostly take the iron and I thought the beacon was a plus. I'm sorry that I did.
I didn't use the materials. I should've honored rules and not have stolen the beacon and iron
blocks. I can give back the materials and it won't happen again.

Why do you want to come back: I spent some time finding an alright server to play with a
friend with the right things such as /tpa which wasn't present in a lot of servers I tried out. Also
I've spent a lot a time building my home.

Reason for your ban: For using Xray

Who banned you: Hiyoko

Why should you be unbanned: I was accused of using an Xray mod/texturepack, but i said i had never used Xray before. I do have a younger sibling that plays minecraft and may of used a Xray texturepack while i allowed them to play. I would never lie to any admin for as long as i love playing minecraft, i would never want to cheat in any game to have an advantage over anyone.
I will swear and promise that i wont ever, and i mean ever use anything that is considered cheating, and I will make sure that any Xray texture pack that has been put onto my minecraft by my younger sibling or anyone, including me, will be deleted. I never meant for this to happen, nor do I ever want this to happen again, I won't cheat as it ruins the fun of the game. I simply just want to have fun and i am sorry that this has happened, again i promise it won't happen again

Why do you want to come back: I want to just play and build with my friends. Hometown was also a server that i didn't have to fear someone else would come and grief me or kill me while i built, it was a server that i could have fun on with some friends of mine. I just want to have fun and build what ever i wanted to build

Why should you be unbanned: Well I can't remember much of some of things I did but I do admit that I had done some pretty terrible things that I now regret doing. A key thing I remembered were some of the not so friendly structures that I had made in one of my friends warps. Adding on I had also wrote some inappropriate signs on that friends island too. Looking back I regret all of these decisions, I was in a very immature stage at the time when I was playing on this server. I mean you could probably already tell but I'm just stating it so you know why I even had done some of the things that were made. Anyways I'm sorry for all the moderators and admins that had to take their own time to deconstruct my profane signs, and inappropriate structures. I know you guys try your hardest to keep this server clean and open which is hard to do when you have some one like me doing the things I do, but I hope you can forgive my mistakes from my past and we together can have fun with the future.   

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back to this server for many reasons. Reason one, this server is all around a great server to play on when you just want to calm down and relax when your day gets rough. My second reason would be that the people here are very nice and polite unlike other servers which have a bunch of trolls messing around which just ruins your experience. Continuing my third reason is that this server really isn't crowded and full most of the time meaning that you won't have to wait 3 years to join and play. Ending my reasons is my fourth reason which is that I want to have fun playing a peaceful survival server with people.

I would like to thank the people who are taking the time out of their day to read this whole entire ban appeal.

Reason for your ban: Grief/Theft/modifying/ Warp PrismBlaze

Why should you be unbanned: My friend and I were roaming the nether then we came across the warp. We had broken through the wall into the the blaze spawn. We had no idea the signs telling the rules of the warp were up the stairs behind us. I eventually went up the stairs and saw the signs. I didn't read the signs thinking it was a public warp. So I told him that it was public. Then we saw the chest and immediately thought someone was stealing . So we broke the hopper still thinking that someone was stealing. We sat there for a while just farming. We tried to put the hoppers back but it didn't work so we left them right next to the farm and left. I failed to notice the signs and I would like to take full responsibility for these actions. 

Why do you want to come back: My friends and I have been playing non-stop and I would like to continue playing with them. This server is the best survival server my friends and I have been on and I would like to continue playing.
