Why should you be unbanned: I've only been playing Minecraft for about a week now. I told my friend who was xraying that I wanted to play normally because I didn't want to progress through without ruining the game play and also that I was afraid to get banned because I know in the rules it said not to do this. The evidence to this is the fact that I did not use xray myself. He did it anyways and honestly I did except some items from him however I would not have and will not had I known it was such a big deal and how it effects the market place in the game now that I look into it. If I want to do this I'll go to a creative server.

Why do you want to come back: I'd restart on a different server but It's been hard to find one that's as no-nonsense as this one. I don't want any of the craziness. (xraying) I'd also like to pickup where I left off but if that is not possible I get it.

     X raying is bad new for minecraft servers because not only does it undermine the economy, but it devalues the hard work of other players; By devaluing common resources and causing inflation at shops. Others players sweat their blood and soul to create shop that add a value to the servers as well as to other players. As opposed to a player like me that has undermined this effort. I would also imagine xraying not only devalues the market but places extra strain on the server and can lag other players potentially placing the server owner at a financial loss. I was wrong for having tested the waters on this server and this experience has shed light upon what i really value in minecraft that makes hometown so great as a server. It is because we respect the rules and the hard work of others that we can have a marketplace. Cheating is wrong and i am submitting this ban appeal to undo what i have done did . help me back into the community so i can contribute to the server and set an example for new players. 

Again i apologize. As the new guy on the block  i have only played on hometown with my friend for less than 10 hours and have not contributed much. But if you let me, i will make this server  more enjoyable by showing yall the respect you deserve from a new player in the first place.

I was busy doing many things but also was in a major car accident and I got badly injured and was sent to the hospital so now months later feeling better and now I’m working my butt off a 12 hr job to earn more money

Why should you be unbanned: Well, I don't remember stealing anything, but if I did, I am deeply sorry. I really like this community, and just would like to come back and play.

Why do you want to come back: I think I should come back, because I want to play on this server again. I don't remember what I did to get banned, but whatever it was, I am sorry.

Why should you be unbanned: This was simply my dumbness thing I tried to get away for in awhile, and there is not a lot can say for my actions, all I can say that I recognize the consequences, and hope to come back to this peaceful sever.
Why do you want to come back: I really liked the community, they are very helpful, the server is developed with warps for everything, and a very friendly player base, and i would love be a part of it again.

Why should you be unbanned: My actions that took place in your server are sinful. They go again your rules and I fully understand that my actions have consequences. I believe that I should be unbanned because I have never found a more kind server then Hometown. I will never sin again. 

Why do you want to come back: I love this server. This is the first Minecraft server I have seen without jerks. People are so nice and thoughtful and I really want to help and be apart of the community.

Why should you be unbanned:
It's been a long time since I stole anything, I don't even remember what I even stole. In any case, I was just being mischievous and thought I could get away with it. I guess I can't due to your 1984-style surveillance system, so I'll behave from now on if you let me back on.

Incidentally, I have been warned about this the last time I got onto the server. That warning alone would've got me to become a good law-abiding citizen, but I've been banned regardless. If you just smash people with the banhammer, no questions asked, then why bother to warn them at all?

Regardless, if I am unbanned, I will reimburse the steal-ee for all their lost virtual loot if they can't recover it any other way. I hope this would be fair enough for all parties involved.

NOTE:

If I got banned because some mod was wasting his life combing the logs for petty crimes where the victim doesn't even give a crap about the stuff he lost, then I'd like to cancel my unban request. I don't want to play on a server managed by a bunch of lousy, slimy control freaks.

The only reason I want to come back is because my friends play on this server sometimes.

Why should you be unbanned: I was being very stupid and not thinking of other people's property, and I regret my stupidity, also if I do get unbanned I will never steal again. It was a dumb idea and I take full responsibility for my dumb actions. Sorry for being rude and unintelligent. I will also try to return all of the stolen goods but my friends might have some of the goods since they were allowed in my chests.

Why do you want to come back: I felt it was a very good server and had a lot of good things to offer. I know I was only on for 2 days but, I want to come back because I've never played on a server as much fun as Hometown before. Even though I've done the server wrong, if I get unbanned I will do my best to help the server.

Why should you be unbanned: I should be unbanned because I have just recently joined the sever, and wanted to get to a higher level of items that i had quickly. I was impatient and decided, without thinking, to take items and blocks from other people. I would have been distraught to see my own builds and items broken and taken away from me, and I should have thought of that before acting on impulse. 

Why do you want to come back: During my short time on the server, I had a load of fun. I made friends, built a house, and was truly enjoying the community. I even invited my friend, Nuralx, to join. I regret ever griefing and stealing, because by doing those acts, i barred myself from continuing playing on a server that i love.
