Hey y'all! As you can see, I decided that it was time for another Dragon Head giveaway, but this time I decided to make it a bit more exciting, and will also give away a Shulker Box with it! Simply put your name down in the reply section and the winner will be chosen via a random number generator!

   As per usual, there are some rules that need to be made present before I begin this:
1. You may only enter this giveaway once. No putting your name down multiple times, or you'll be automatically disqualified.


2. You may not enter your name for someone else. Ex. "xxxxxx, oh and also my alt xxxxxxxx, don't forget about my friend xxxxxxxxxx, and my pet hamster who apparently has a MC account xxxxxxxx"
3. If the winner of the giveaway doesn't claim their gift in 2 days after the giveaway, another name will be drawn.
4. Do not try to bribe/sweet talk me into giving you the head. You'll be disqualified.

Reason for your ban: I was banned because of what i did wrong which was I griefed somebody's house. I shouldn't of griefed their house, I should've let it be because I know that person worked hard to get those items.

Why should you be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because I really appreciate this server and what it has to offer. I enjoyed my time on the server and want to continue it.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because I've spent a lot of time on the server making a good base. I also really love the server and the people on it. I just wanted to say before i end this ban appeal, is that recently I wrote a different ban appeal and i did not follow the rules. I did not see the rules even though they were in bold print at the top of the screen. I am extremely sorry for the actions i committed and i promise this will not happen again.

Server you were banned on (SMP/Discord): I was just banned for SMP Survival 

Minecraft name: My username is MixingIt

Reason for your ban: Griefing /or theft

Who banned you: Geckorian

Why should you be unbanned: Okay, this will be fully out of my heart and what I believe I did and saw, I was playing with a couple of users, but out of the ordinary, Geckorian but started accusing me of every little thing I did. I told him later that day to stop complaining because my fellow friends told me that I was fine if I built at their base. There could be another reason of what I did, I went to the adopt warp to pick up a parrot, and I broke a block to see who owned it, but it allowed me to break it so no one owned it so I didn't know where to adopt. The player who was the owner of that warp forgave me and I gave her 20 in-game dollars for what I did. Also, I might have been a theft for taking 3 skulls from a person 1 year ago though I have no clue why I didn't get banned then because the person I gave the heads back said he was glad I was honest with him. In conclusion, I believe I should be unbanned because I had no warning over my "griefing" and "theft" and I promise I will not do this ever again.

Why do you want to come back: I would like to come back because I actually started a friendship with many people on this server, and I'd hope that I could play with them again.

Reason for your ban: I was banned because for using a X-Ray texture pack.

Who banned you: Rayvenz

Why should you be unbanned: I believe I should be unbanned because I am sincerely sorry for using X-ray and i promise that I will never use it again.  I'm sorry that I didn't treat you with respect when I decided to turn X-ray on and broke your rules. I don't know what I was thinking when I very stupidly did it, it was impulsive because I just wanted to get some diamond gear easily. I respect the rules in place and shouldn't have underestimated them and your staff.

Why do you want to come back: I really want to come back because I just started playing on the server recently because my friends told me that it was a super friendly and fun server. I have already built a town with my friends and I would like to continue building and making fun memories. I have truly tried my best to earn your trust and respect again.

Reason for your ban: I stole crops

Why should you be unbanned: I think i should unbanned because I didnt know i couldent take the crops and i should of check to replant them all 

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because i was having a great time with my friends makeing towns and building houses.This server to me was my happy place and i promise never to steal again i am very sorry.

Well so me and my friend P0nyboy (he had nothing to go with this by the way) were looking for apples because we needed apples to breed our horses. I couldn't find any so I did /warp apple and it took to a apple/iPhone store. I was thinking oh this is really cool so I started walking around I eventully found my minecraft lagging and I couldn't move. and so I started clicking the left and right part of my mouse and shaking it up and down and when it came back I broke the glass. I did /home to see if I had glass but I didn't. I'm sorry that I did not replace the glass. I am sorry to the person who built it too. I really like this server and it would be a shame if I got banned. I am also sorry to the admin for what I said and lying. And I will do whatever it takes to get unbanned.

Reason for your ban: Glitching to find diamonds 

Who banned you: Hiyoko & Rayvenz

Why should you be unbanned:  Firstly, I think I should be unbanned because I was unaware that glitching was considered to be X-Raying. Also, the only reason why I did it was that all my items got lost earlier and I spent hours getting them, I just used it to get my armor and weapons back and did not mine that many diamonds. I regularly have been playing on the server and made a huge mine before that took me 2 days to make and have been playing legitly. I have also been voting every day and have been considering donating.  I would have been able to retrieve my original stuff that I got without glitching if I could set a second home. I also admitted to glitching to find diamonds. 

Why do you want to come back: 

I honestly like playing on the server because I am also a Canadian and it is a Canadian server and I have friends who play on it too and its fun to play with my friends on the Minecraft server. I like the staff and am really sorry for glitching to find diamonds and understand that its not fair to other players and will give back all the stuff and start off fresh if I have too.
