Why should you be unbanned: Today i would like to make and appeal of what happend at Sir and Swiss's Amusement park today. First off me and barry paid to get in the park. i got one-time acess for 100$, barry got lifetime acess for 500$. After being in the park for about 5-10 mins we were like this is boring and we want a refund. Now at the rules board in the park, there wasn't a rule about have refunds. And we asked Sir, can we have a refund, he said why, I told him because it was kind of boring and the waterpark was closed and, the rides were the same, there were no minecarts for sale and the bumper cars were not working. after we told him he said no and we asked why, and he said i wasn't giving enough valid detail. So i told Kat and she said, Stop we dropped it, but Barry and I wanted a refund so we were kinda mad that we couldn't get a refund. after that barry got banned and i asked why barry get ban and kat said  for breaking rule #2.I said o ok, we just wanted a refund but ok thats fine, I go away and a min later im banned. Hopefully you reconsider the ban because all we wanted was a refund for coming to a boring amusement park. Anyone would be mad for going to a boring amusement park in real life, and they paid money to go.


Why do you want to come back: Me, chennzy01 and barry were off for almost 2yrs and just came on to have fun and do what we always did 2 yrs ago. We wanted to make a impression on the server but stupid stuff happens that barry and I get into. The 3 of Us know most the people on the server pretty well and wanted to come to that old homey feel for the server since we know all the staff and a lot of the people. Me and Barry are Truly sorry for our annoying behavior and hope you can reconsider the ban. Thank You   -Aqua

Who banned you: Grimm
Why should you be unbanned: I had purchased a lifetime access pass to ./warp swissflags because
people say its good and has bumper cars. I went there and saw that all the rides were the same, it was
small and bumper cars was never open when ever I went. I asked Sir for a refund because when we had
purchased access the rules didn't say no refund. He said you can't have a refund if you have no reason,
I told him I would sue him(because i was sued once so i figured i could sue him) and then the admins
got involved and said stop so we stopped but sir asked why do you want a refund to us and the last
thing I said before getting banned was "I want a refund because all the rides are the same, and bumper
cars is never open." I understand why we were banned but I think it was too harsh,
in ones eye's being "Annoying" is different than someone else's view of it. We are sorry for what we
did for not listening to staff and being annoying to Sir even though he repedetly said no refunds, and
didn't listen/understand. I do think being IP banned for rule 2 is harsh because some xrayers dont even
get that punishment. I understand that 500 dollars wasn't worth getting banned and I'm sorry for
disobeying grimm/kat's orders. We should of just dropped it because it was such a petty thing to argue
over.

Why do you want to come back: Me and aqua and chennzy01 have been apart of this server for
almost 2 years now and we just came back and there is still all the same nice people who we remember
from a year ago. I would like to come back because this server is the only server I consistently played
on. I have many good memories and many hours logged onto hometown because of the amazing community and
the homey feel of it. Aqua and I apologies for the trouble we have caused to the people of hometown,
and we hope you can forgive us for being annoying to you.

Hello, I've been on the server for a little while  now. Thought it would be a good idea to write some things about my self here.

 So I've been playing for 2yrs now, really like the way this server is set up. Perfect mix of useful tools and vanilla MC. 
Also it seems there is always an admin on, that's great!

When I first joined I was asked if I would live at a town. I currently live at /warp stonegate AcoustiXkey was nice enough to give me a little plot and some things to get started. 

My play style is simple. I like to build big elaborate projects.(The pic is a village I made) Then some times I just place things to be weird, and take them down later   I like to dig 7x7 tunnels for mining. Helping out random people when I can, and just hanging out enjoying the view. 
 
Not very good at modern homes or redstone.

I understand most things about the game like potion brewing, beacons, ect.

just wanted to say something about slime blocks being pretty buggy when moving players... maybe its just an SMP thing idk

I've bin trying to get unbanned. I've put alot of work into trying to get unbanned. I finally wrote some realy good paragraph on why what I did was wrong and Kate just sead go find a new sever I want back on realy badly but I don't know what do any more if any one can help me out I would greatly appreciate it. On the old server, me and _LordStark had a few towns we worked on. Just before the reset, I downloaded the parts of the server we had builds on and created a SP world around them using worldpainter. I have continued to work on our projects on my own.

Hello Hometown! Ive been poping on and off the past few days and I am excited to say I have found the PERFECT area to make my icea for a city! Only 1 thing: I need YOUR Help! If any of you can please go to the coords below and start flattening the Plains (NOT THE MOUNTAINS) to y65. Do not touch any ponds and lakes, nor the rivers, and don't touch the villages either (make squares/rectangles around them if you get to them) just flatten everything down to y65, as if you were world editing, All helpers will get free plots of their choice

Now you may be wondering "What city and what plots do I get?" Well this city will be glorious if made, it will have a downtown area with Skyscrapers of their maker's design and use, and parks, and farms, and markets, and residential areas. All using an adapted old plan I had from ages ago. All plots (Skyscrapers & Residental) will be on 20x20 plots. ALSO I plan on having Mayoral Elections! Yes If this works I hope to make this a democracy, handed down time to time as to help make the city not die like others have before it. There will be more about it but it is still in its early planning stages.
If you have any recommendations please put them down below.

Now you may be thinking by now "Well this sounds cool and all, but whats it gonna be called? Well I have not the slightest idea! Give me ideas in the comments! Best one wins!

(P.S.) The wining name will also be placed up on the mountain in a Hollywood Escqe style.

Why should you be unbanned: Let me make this as honest as possible, due to the fact that the founder reached out to help me. The day I got my minecraft account, I found Hometown. I fell in love, with the community, the staff. I thought everything was just prim and proper. But also, I was very immature. Over the course of the year, multiple staff had told me to tone it down, that I was getting out of hand. Well, after being banned, and then Unbanned the first time, for Greif. I had gotten real cocky. Thinking that they must love me. So I acted out, I spoke down to many people. I was an absolutely horrid person, much less a player. Being Completely aware of the rules, I was banned again. And then Unbanned. I acted good for a little bit, and then began to act out again. Except worse. When I broke up with my ex, I decided to foul mouth him in /mail, I dirty talked with people. I down talked other players. Disrespected staff. and in turn, I was banned for inappropriate Comments towards a -now friend- other player. But I digress, I loved this server. When I was told on my final appeal, that I was denied, and told I would not be returning. I was Devastated. Because even through all of that, I loved being a part of a community. There was a period, of about 3 months where I didn't come on Minecraft at all. I was ashamed, I truly hated myself as a person for being so childish. I have since learned from that mistake. I don't speak that way even with my closest friends anymore. For those of you that know me, and still play, I am not allowed to have friends, HomeTown was my friend. I want my friend back.

Over the last few days I have had skeletons that can spawn on glass and half slabs at my base. The other thing about these skeletons is that their speed is superfast and pretty lethal.

Finally I managed to record a video of one going crazy at speed every time it detected me.

Reason for your ban: (Overwhelming) Grief/Thievery (I guess) 

- Dug grass along the main pathway. 
- Built a dirt wall covering the main pathway.
- Harvested crops from someone's farm.
- Stole mushrooms from someone's farm.
- Shattered glass from an abandoned building.
- Smashed flower pots.
- Broke about 63 wool carpet. Used that carpet to build up and jump off. Did the same thing with sand four times. 
- Chopped wood to build a boat and rowed across the sea. I found an island with a portal and proceeded to teleport. I found myself in the underworld, breaking nether rack.
 - Destroyed about 346 blocks in total. 

Who banned you: Saiyaka 

Why you should be unbanned: Yes, I've done many bad things, because I am a sad maggot  that deserves death. I'm quite new to this server and didn't know/read the rules because of my 3rd grade reading level. I was ignorant of my actions, due to the lack of warning. I thought that it was okay to build and destroy in the area that I was in. Since I could place blocks and destroy without any warning messages appearing.  As they say "Ignorance is bliss." I was careless, ignoring the rules from the start. I deeply regret doing so. If you unban me, I'll be sure to read and follow the rules. 

Why do you want to come back: To destroy the blocks I placed and restore the blocks I destroyed. Ungrief, you could say. I also want to start fresh on this server.

And as corny as this appeal may sound, I tried. Also, I apologize for those I griefed and stole from.
