I was banned by a mod because i gave my opinion (i didn't use vulgar language and just gave me opinion on a subject). They banned me because i said i didn't agree with being gay and how i personally felt about it and they just straight up banned me after called me a homophobic and all i did was give my opinion.(Was banned by Kat for homophobic language and have seen other people complaining about her just banning people for no reason)           Username: Derpylord

Why should you be unbanned: 
The only time I destroy a block on someone's property is when I check to see if it is claimed (or when I find random items like torches lying around no where near homes.) I think I did steal crops but not me (owner of foxy). I do have a little brother visiting for Christmas I let go on here when he is staying. He is unaware of the rules and I tell him not to go on most of my servers I have listed. You might take that as a lie but it is true and for Christmas he is getting his own minecraft so it should not happen again.
Why do you want to come back: 
I play hometown all the time due to other economy servers having an old server. It is also really easy to understand.

       Don't be a dick, the land you said I built on was land you sold to some kid and the kid allowed soybutter8 (who is like 8 or 10 years old) to build on there. We built on it the same day you sold the land to the kid and you have been on numerous times since the sale and have said nothing about til now. Let soybutter8 who is on maybe once a month keep her house. TheOnlykat was on the day you made the sale and was asking the kid about it while she was following him making sure he wasn't destroying anything. You even verified in the chat that you sold the land to him. He allowed soybutter8 to build there so I went to help her since nobody else wanted to help her out at all learning how to play Minecraft.


I also went around a few hundred blocks with a stick that day and clicked around to make sure nobody else owned the land close by. The kid you sold the land to is the small house across from soybutter8. I will not tare down her house, deal with the choice and sale you made.

I'll most likey get banned for this post but this server has has a few issues it needs to address such as people making random protected plots around the server or going back on sales like stated above. I'll admit out of curiosity I have x-rayed farms that are allegedly 50/50 pay out but I will tell you that the redstone points to more of a 75 to 25 payout in favor of the farm owner. Most of the farms owners such as jelly (whose farms are the most guilty of bad payouts.) haven't even been logged on for months and has iron flowing out of his chests and lagging the server with entities until a server reset, most of which stay since all of his farms are over the public farm so they stay loaded. How does a auto farm kill 4 iron gullums at once and only pay out 3 pieces of iron? simple, sit in the afk pool and you'll notice the door open every so often. The redstone clocks / repeaters between the switching plates is a dead give away, once the door is open the iron deposits into the owners chest. I have also seen this same scam in some paid farms (except shis, those have been fine so far.) I have also x-rayed around some areas of peoples builds (high end players on the server) and seen duping going on. 

I have stated the previous mainly for the users to be aware of before buying into farms. the server is great and has a lot of amazing builds and during my travels from one end to the other I have been blown away at the creativity among the users and the community. A more vigilant eye needs to be kept rather than AFKing for hours or relying on core protect as the system is flawed and can be avoided if you know how core protect works.

Players and community ~
      You are all amazing!!! I have met some great people such as Flamingembers, Epicmat56, G_E_E_Z_E_R, pacman1975 (unfortunately was banned for reasons only the mods and admin no about now)  and Aqurias to name a few and hope to see you all in the future. The issue with the land dispute is not the only reason I have left. I work in research and development for a company that is finding better and cleaner was to refine oil and it is my priority next to family. Currently we are putting the finishing touches on a process that makes asphalt with little to no emissions and are in the beginning stages of building the first plant, from there I will be jumping into fuels and water purification.

I have left my castle at 8400 and 9700 unclaimed with all the chest set to public. Take what you need from the chests and the tree farm (please be a bro and regrow). I hope everyone can use this as a safe point to stay when traveling into the new world when border expands or just stop by to finish the build (80 to 90% complete). Every server I have been on I have left my mark in some way and hope until a reset happens everyone can enjoy it.

Please when a player comes on to the server help them, it may be their first time. The most satisfying times I have had were going to help all of you when I could or teaching some players like soybutter8 how to play. Aquaris has tthe books I have made so far about my good deeds and helping others. I hope copies are made and it becomes an inspiration for others to get the true since of community this server has.  

Okay so. I was flying along when i came across a village. I inspected it, seeing it had no signs placed, no chests whatsoever anywhere, but had the farm raided (of course) of the crops, and that was the only sign that someone had ever been there. So i went to set home, and where i set it it said "you don't have Promisee_Rosee's permission to do that." So i thought that was weird. As it turns out, there is literally a 5*5 area in one house that was claimed by this user. That's it. No chests, no crafting table, nada. So i did /seen and the last time this player was one was approximately two months and ten days ago. With that being said, is there anyway i could claim the village and it not be considered grief? I mean. I doubt that player is going to come back on, and i would like to claim it. I don't want to do so, though, without an admin's or a mod's say so. I also don't know if the person has been banned, i don't have access to that command.

As you can maybe MAYBE tell I haven't been on the server mainly because I have been playing Overwatch which is basically similar to Team Fortress but with more diversity (imo).

Also I wanted to know who is your favorite character on Overwatch (if you play that is) and what lvl are you?

My favorite character is D.va and I have played for 23 hours so far soooo I am lvl 35 my lvl might be higher tho after this post since I have been playing daily now lol but this game is deadass fun my b.

My account (Username: Glasterz) was banned for using X-Ray. I don't use X-ray and never will. In fact, I don't even know how to get a mod like that and don't intend to. The only mods I run are WorldEditWrapper for LiteLoader and OptiFine. I understand how it could've been a misunderstanding though. I mine in a weird way. I don't use torches on a strip mine because mobs rarely spawn there. Whenever I find ores I go up or down and in a new direction. That could've been what the Mod thought I was doing. It was a really lucky mining trip for me because I found a lot of stuff so there was a lot of large holes from the veins of ores that i have mined.

Sorry for no evidence, I can't get my screenshot to get into this post. That shows my knowledge of computers :/. Now that I think about it, I wasn't even the one that installed the mods on this computer, my dad did it... I really have no clue how to install a mod.

I'm trying to find the time to finish up my secret santa gift, and it may take another week-ish at this rate. I've pulled several 24 hour shifts and the wifi here is fairly spotty. I don't want a mod or someone to think that I've forgotten or am trying to snub someone, I'm not even taking my gifts until I finish my recipient's!

I'm so sorry for the extra time, I was not expecting work to pick up this bad. I'm averaging a smidgen of progress every 2-3 days at the moment.

Help, I was banned by someone named Kat, they nicknamed themselves this and thought I was someone else. I have never been banned before and I do not know what to do. His name was Blitz246, He is my brother. He was swearing and forgot to take off caps lock. I defended him because I was his brother and I didn't want to lose playing with him and I was banned on the spot.I was banned for an alt, I do not know what that means, Please help, I have started this server from a friends recommendation yesterday and I do not wish for it to be taken from me so quickly! I may have said a lie or two but, I apologize. I was up at night until I was told to get off. I really do not want my hard work to be taken! I am deeply sorry and I do wish to play again. I do not know how long the Bans last.

Well I told you about me making an island. But I have a problem. I need TONS of oak wood so if you see me online pls donate some wood. If you donate over two stacks of wood I'll put your name in my new warp. This new warp will be a library of my warps. Or if you have a big amount of warps I can write them down in the library.
