Well, Yuri, this is my final address to you.  You see, after your little private messaged outburst publicly posted here ( https://hometownmc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=1715 ), some other things came to light about your past and current actions.  Since you stated multiple times that you have an issue with me, I'll give you a real issue to ponder on.

To start, as I told you, I took plenty of screenshots of you ranting in the general chat on the server:

Here's you admitting your friend–who I banned for x-raying–is the reason that's fueling your little outbursts.

To be frank, your opinions and feelings don't matter here, and how dare you try justifying breaking the rules and being rude to multiple staff-members.  Here is what's going to happen, and I hope you smarten up.

Option A: Shut up, start following our rules, and start listening to the staff-team.

Option B: Get perma-banned from the server under rules 2A and 2D.  You were already banned for griefing and we do not tolerate repeat offenders on the server.  With this much evidence being held against you, I may justifiably ban you permanently from the server.

If you choose Option A, then I will give any staff-member permission to perma-ban you if you bring up any negative opinion of a ban, negative opinion of a staff-member, harass any staff-member again, or not listen to any staff-member.

What will be your choice?  This is your wake-up call.

I'm finally back home after having had surgery and get the pleasures of a few weeks recovery back home. Still doped up on morphine but it's wearing off gradually, so pain is kicking in between meds etc.

Yeah I may pop on here and there on the server while i'm off, but it won't be for long periods of time during my recovery and chances are it may not necessarily be for a few days

Why should you be unbanned: I can't blame anyone but myself for getting myself banned. I just kind of woke up today randomly and thought, Man I need to speed up this process because otherwise this will take way too long. I came on to just build everyday for an hour or two. Probably get the chat talking about Spongebob or Smash Melee or something. Saying "Why I should be unbanned" sounds kind of controlling or assertive. The point has been made, I never really tried an Xray before but it was definitely foolish to think I could hide that.

Why do you want to come back: I would like to keep on building and expanding into bigger and better things. I also like the community, it seems pretty chill. I used to be on a different server and I was #3 in the server out of about 5000 people and I like to start over. I got bored being there because I had everything my time on there could buy.
When I joined, I found a spot in the middle of nowhere, I built and lived there for like 10 hours. Then one day I checked out shops. I forgot to set my home there. I didn't quit because I liked the community and started over. Once I was 10 hours into building my new base, I found out a mod could actually help me find my old place. And a mod found another persons place which blew my mind. I've never seen a staff care that much.

Okay, now I have to speak.
I understand the strain the admins and enforcers have to keep this server friendly for everyone.
I have no problem punishing people that use racial slurs.
And I have been called out for calling someone a asshole.....  okay.
that's against the rules, I can live with that, even if the persons comment was unjustified and and they were completely in the wrong making a unjustified accusation against me.

I have nothing but respect for the admins here, they are pushed to the limit every day with BS adolescent crap.

Today I was warned to choose a different word when I said "takes a real jack off to rape the public farm and not replant"
I was told "rape" was not a nice word and to choose a different word.     WHAT? REALLY?
I did not argue in chat, I have learned not to open that can of worms.......but Cmon....
I was not talking about sex.... I did not use it against anyone.... except the jack off that ripped through public.
