Hey Guy i'm back to the forums i have not been on in forever but i'm back now see you guys around 

Hello, hello! I go by Deli or DV. I have been playing on the server for a few days now so I figured it was time to check out the forums. I tend to keep to myself in-game. I try to reach out to people but honestly, I'm very awkward and anxious. So, it isn't long until I run away and start building, digging, or collecting on my own. However, this does not mean that I'm not friendly. I am able to make friends, it's just a little harder for me I guess.

I have never devoted myself to a public server before, so excuse my ignorance if these are silly questions. 

I'm considering creating a "town" and I would like to know how a successful "rental" system would work for homes.  How would you maintain tenants in regard to abandoned houses and things? 

Also, is it safe to not "claim" the entire building ground? I would claim certain areas that I absolutely didn't want anyone destroying, but what about the houses and such?

Lastly, is there anything else that is essential to know when creating a town?

My sis recently got mx. When she logged in with her account she had access to all my singleplayer worlds. Is there any way i can fix this

why should be unbanned: because i will don't grief anymore, and i want to play more in the server because i love this server and i will be really disappoint if i will can't play anymore in the server, also it's my favorite server.

Why should you be unbanned: So, I was told by my brother, that I should re apply, and so, I tried to explain how this would be frivolous, as They had already said I would not be excepted back to HomeTown. Now this reason, I will give out again to show how much I have paid attention. 
When I first joined hometown, 1 year, and nearly 1 month ago, I was almost immanently attached, this server showed me courtesy and Friendship like I had never seen before, there was respectful staff that kept everyone at there best. Now, after nearly a month - maybe a few weeks - I actually greifed a town, Star's town (I think) and claimed I was hacked, compulsive liar Here. Now that I think back, I shouldn't have congratulated myself On getting out of punishment, I should Have immediately Cam forward and admitted, I did that on purpose, because I didn't think I'd get caught (staff is too good xD). Fast-forward after I have been let back in. I met a guy, we became friends and more, after we broke it off, I was Depressed, and had anxiety. So I acted out, and Acted disrespectful to staff, and to my ex. Which resulted in multiple warnings from staff, that I did not abide. Which ultimately resulted in a ban. So after this, I appealed again, to my disbelief I was accepted. a few months goes by, and Again, I was disrespectful - just because I was having emotional family problems is still not a valid reason to be a disrespectful pervert, I know this now. And even then. I WAS STILL ACCEPTED IN. and with everyone being on edge, because I was told. "This is your last chance". And then, that day, (or the day after, I forget) I had made a mildly inappropriate comment, (mild, but still unacceptable) In which I said "jess dont make boys look up lily's skirt" that had inappropriate meaning, and I understand I should have left it in my oovoo chat. 

Regardless. I am fully aware of these mistakes, continuous of the same acts.
through my short ban period, I have barely entered minecraft. and Instead spent some time with my solitude, Improving my behavior socially.

and I guess this is my way of begging, for a final, utmost, end-of-all-my-bad-days, Chance.

Why should you be unbanned: i did destory a beacon, but after a few minutes i regretted and i gave everything back to the mod but the other mod wasnt knew it and banned me  , im so sorry pls  do unban. I WILL not grief again[b] FORVER!!!![/b]

Just curious about a few things, one, how old is the server? Two who is the person who established the server? Finally, how can one acquire name tags? Thank you

So after making a few shops in different areas I notice after being offline and coming back on that I may have more money from my shops selling things.  Usually I have no idea what sold what and where and I usually spend 10 minutes looking through all my shops to restock.  I had an idea of when you've been offline and come back on you are presented with like a business summary of what shops have sold what and quantities ect.  So i was thinking you use like a /lock, /cinfo where you can hit your chest shops and you can name it so when you come back online and your shops sold something it tells you the name you gave the shop and what you sold and for how much.

Just an idea I had
