Who banned you: Nether_Ruler 

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): The griefing that I am being accused of I believe is not griefing. Yes I did destroy someone's build however I had permission. The player is no longer on the server. Before leaving he unlocked his chests for me to take, along with unclaiming the land so I personally would be able to take it. I understand how and why it looks like griefing. 
After reading almost all of the rule book, I now understand the rule now "Ownership of a property may only be transferred if the original owner(s) provide verifiable proof of the transfer to the staff team." I will make sure that I go through the right process in the future. 

Why do you want to come back: I love this server and the atmosphere. I love getting to help people and doing jobs on the server to help others out. Everyone's so friendly too.

Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): May I please see the grief that is in reference? I am unaware of what I did that was griefing. However, if I did grief I believe I should be given a second chance because I am a hard worker and never meant to do it in the first place and with most definitely make sure I don't do again. I know how it feels to have players mess with my stuff and I don't want to make anyone feel like they.

I, quite frankly, don't believe this, but maybe you just don't remember the grief. It was a month and a half ago, so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

You most certainly can see the grief in reference. Does this house look familiar to you?






Or perhaps it would look more familiar if I showed you the state in which you left it?

You have my apologies, King. After taking a look at the console logs I can confirm that the player who owned the house gave you permission to take what you wanted from it, something that was not mentioned when the grief was reported. You have been unbanned as of the posting of this message.
