Reason for your ban: X-Raying

Why should you be unbanned: I did not x-ray but I do have a better lighting mod on my game so I can see better. I'm not really sure when I got banned but when I tried to log back on I was greeted with it. I was mining before I logged off last and I found a lot of good things (many diamonds) which may have been the reason for it but I was zig-zag and tunnel mining-not using x-ray. I was also at y-11 to y-13 and was finding many ores so that could've been it as well.
Why do you want to come back: I joined this server around a week ago and love the community. I have built a nice base for myself and I really enjoy the community here. I appreciate all the staff does and the rules in place because they ensure the server is friendly and fun to play on. I respect the rules and I respect your decisions. Thank you for your time.

Why should you be unbanned: Unfotuantely it wasnt me using my account at the time of this ban it was
my idiot brother who used my account and logged on to the server without knowing the rules. I have
since changed the password to my account so that this unfortunate scenario will not occur again
Why do you want to come back: I really enjoy the server you guys run all the admins and players are
really nice and helpful. Also I have created a truly amazing house with my friends and it would be a
shame if I lost everything over this small thing that wasnt even my fault. As stated previously I
have changed the account password so that something like this never happens again.

Why should you be unbanned: i should be unbanned because i made a mistake that ive learned from and will not happed again. ive never done anything like this on HomeTown before and will not or any other server owned by HomeTownMC. i shouldnt have tired to justify what i did because thats not how youre supposed to handle any situation. where you are in the wrong. i do hope you understand! thank you for letting me write another appeal!

Why should you be unbanned: I know that what I did was wrong and regret the decisions I made.
And I'm truly sorry for what I did and that it won't happen again.
I understand now that what I did was wrong and could have caused issues with the community. I'm disappointed with myself about trying to get something with cheats faster, resolving that I might have ruined the economy of the server
Why do you want to come back: I really like the community and the server, and I've made some friends and spent several hours building, anyways im really sorry what I did, and I promise nerver to touch any cheats again.
Sorry for not being completely honest on the first appeal.

Why should you be unbanned: i think i should be unbanned because i had no idea that was a players house if it was a players house at all. i just thought it was a random pillager house. it wasn't claimed or anything. yes there was a few things that looked like a player placed them but as i said before it wasn't claimed so there was no indication that a player owned it.

i should be unbanned because I did not steal anything. The two places that I went to were, warp Beltrees which is a community tree farm which allows you to farm wood for free and take all the drops from it. I also went to warp hellsgate which is a community xp farm that allows you to take the nuggets and the rotten flesh

Even tho I didn't x-ray I respect the choices the staff team took.
Why do you want to come back: I've spent a lot of time on the server.
And the community made me feel like I have a second home where I can joke around.
anyways why I really want to go back is because I really love the community and
I know that what I did was wrong and I won't argue wit staff about if I did it or not.
I'll just accept the way it is.
And even tho I got banned once for the same reason I've learned from the first time I shouldn't cheat
I just wanted to clarify to Grimm who banned me that I didn't use torches because I use
Optifine that allowes me to light up the place, so I don't think about using torches.

Reason i was banned: I was told i killed animals on someones plot i believe the cow farms. i think it was /warp cowbutt

why i should be unbanned : I didn't kill anyone's animal on their claim or i believe so.When i got to the farm a couple of mushroom cows were gone and i only noticed when in was breeding them.And no I didn't say anything i thought the owner took them.
why I want to come back : Its the only server i truly like and I've built a ton and I just generaly like it.
