Why should you be unbanned: I'm so sorry about the antisemitic jokes. I was having a conversation with someone about what someone else was saying to them. When they were telling me this, I made the mistake of trying to guess one of the jokes. I was kicked from the server. I'll admit, this kick was justified. In my opinion, context doesn't matter when it comes to things like this. In the end, I put an antisemitic joke in chat. I'll make sure that I'm way more careful in chat. When I rejoined after my ban, I made the mistake of arguing about it. I argued that I shouldn't have been kicked because of the context. Like I said, in retrospect, the kick was justified and the staff were just doing their jobs. I had no reason to argue with staff. What was done was done and there was nothing I could do about it. For the rule 1 violations, I'm going to be responding to the things you linked in the Imgur link. The first one was just a bad joke. I made this in /w so that it wouldn't upset the rest of the server. Later that day, DeaDCore messaged me through Discord to ask me about the message. I told him that I don't actually want to be banned and explained that it was just a joke. The second one was just another bad joke. The issue with a lot of the things I was saying was that I wasn't making it clear I was just joking. Even then, what I was saying was annoying and uncalled for. The last image you linked is the one I feel the worst about. Again, this was another bad joke. I want Illogical to know that I'm so sorry about what I said. This was uncalled for and I shouldn't have put it in chat. In the future, I will make sure that I am careful about what I put in chat and that I'm actually contributing to the conversation in a positive way. What I've said in the past is horrible and not what this server needs. I will do my best to prevent issues like this in the future. Annoying staff is something I regret and something that I want a chance to stop doing.

Why do you want to come back: This server has done so much for me. It's a great way to escape the real world and just have some fun for a few hours. I miss having a place to come and have some fun. This has by far the best community of any server that I have ever been on. I want a chance to finish up some old projects as well as start some new ones. I want a chance to redeem myself.

Why should you be unbanned: I was in the public farms and was getting crops. Public means its open to everyone. There is no reason why I should not be allowed on the server for doing nothing at all.

Why do you want to come back: This is the only server that I actually like to play on, and what I did, I believe I did nothing wrong (If I did "steal" then they need to change the name of the farm.) when I first got the ban, it was for 6 weeks. and its lasted more than 6 weeks, I've had it now for over 2 years and Its not getting fixed.

So the majority of my playtime on this server has been on my laptop in bed, in the dark. Unable to see my keybaord. As a result, I've become rather good at touch typing.

Why should you be unbanned: Taking everything for myself was not a smart idea. Those nice people didn't deserve to get their stuff stolen. I won't do it again. I will give what i stole back, if you haven't already, and i'll give them more g l a s s  for the troubles i caused. Please accept this as a formal apology. 

Why do you want to come back: I really like the Hometown survival server, it has a nice community and good - looking towns. It's very fun to hang out on the server and build. I've tried other servers but they don't fit what I like for a minecraft survival server.

For Steasaur: Wait I thought this was about the diamonds. I had just joined the glass cult and someone said to go to the warehouse to get glass to start building, but I kind of went too far and also took the diamonds for myself.

Whoever it was that mined those diamonds probably took a long time to mine those 5 stacks. I don't think I should have done that. Just like in the real world stealing sums of money is not a good thing, and i should apologize to whoever put those diamonds in the chest. In the future, I should probably ask before a take such a huge amount of diamonds. And if its not money, then ask if i can buy it. Thanks for giving me this chance, Steasaur.

-------RULES------

1. Build your own weapons anywhere you want outside the town. Do not claim other people's weapons. Build a firing platform if you need to.
1.1. Your weapon must be able to fire at a time MAXIMUM 4 TNT pieces. I will inspect the weapon before event starts. This is to ensure everyone else has a chance at shooting the town. Basically, carpet bombers are out.
1.2. Your weapon must NOT shoot at other people's weapons. It's your responsibility to ensure that. Again I will inspect this before event starts

2. Do NOT run inside the town to place TNT until I say so. That means no underground tunnels as well. But seriously if you try to enter during the bombardment, you'd probably die.

3. TNT will be sold on site for cheaper than market price. Do NOT mass buy all the TNT. Same as regular HT rules, do NOT mass buy to resell.

4. As usual, do not grief other people's weapons.

5. I'm not responsible for any death and/or loss of items during the event. It's recommended to wear your armor and leave valuables at home.

Why should you be unbanned: Apologies for taking the Beacon, This was my second time on the server ever, with the first time being minimal experience and after I had started getting the hang of Minecraft again, my friend 8u88les123 recommended this server. The other servers I had been on were so strict so I was so fascinated at the Beacon just easily being there that I took it and saw if I could mine it just like that. 

Why do you want to come back: I am just getting into the hang of Minecraft and playing with friends again, life has become so stressful that Minecraft is my only way to escape from the real world. Please reconsider my plea as I was just new and I didn't know the rules at all as I had forgotten them as my first time on the server was over 4 months ago.

Reason for your ban: Xray

Why should you be unbanned: I didnt use xray, i only use optifine and a shader pack. this shader pack is "SUES renewed 1.0" This shaders pack DOES NOT give me an advantage over other players. While yes, it does make torches in your offhand emit light, I fail to see how that is significant enough to be ban worthy, nor is it mentioned in the rules. In regards to my mining patern, all I can say is I mine randonly and got lucky? I just kinda go around and mine wherever. I do acknowledge that it could very easily look like I was X-raying, but I mine like this and sometimes I get lucky. I personally find it much more entertaining than other methods. As for evidence to prove it was indeed random, the last time i was on the server, last Wednesday the 19th, I mined for about 3 hours straight. For a while I didnt find much of anything, eventually stumbled upon a good amount of diamond, and then hit a second one that wasnt too far away. All I can really say here is that I got lucky here.

Why do you want to come back: I really do like playing hometown and like community, I even have a few friends here and was looking forward to playing on here regularly. If the shader pack is causing issue, Im more than happy to stop using it and even stop using optifine (i only use optifine for the shader, at that point thered be no reason to keep it on). I also have never installed any mods other than this ever on this account or on this computer. I know this for a fact, I am the sole user of this PC and account.

Why should you be unbanned: I am sorry, I have no idea why I am being banned for theft? Is it because I buy melons and pumpkins in bulk and utilize villager trading to make a profit at warp bs? I'm not even sure if I hit up someone's place either... Please let me know so we can work things out. 

Why do you want to come back: I have no idea what I did really, but I would like to make amends. I have a few friends on the server and a decent build I would like to see through
