Reason for your ban: Nifferon grief racial slurs

Why should you be unbanned: I actually have no memory or recollection of posting any racial slurs or griefing any work created by any player if that is the implication of the first part of the ban, referring to "Nifferon grief." I also don't believe in the use of racial slurs as words in general which prompts me to assume that my account was either used by someone else without my permission or could have been hacked into at some point in recent time due to me not using my account since sometime around January till now. I also don't remember having any works removed other than one around my friends and my community that we asked a moderator to remove quite a while ago, so if that is what was found to be the griefing then I apologize for that as well.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back since the server is now populated lower than it was before the release of 1.14 and because of the fact that my friends that I created a community with on this server when the lag made it unplayable and the server crashed constantly. Now we have started to return to the server and we wanted to expand our creation to be much larger and I believe that we are going to try and integrate more members of the server into the community as well as some point if we are all able to play on the server together again. I also really enjoy the game of Minecraft and have found that the members of this server are all quite humble and caring and will help with most any problems that you encounter and can help with most any question you have about the server and anything in the version of Minecraft that the server runs as well.  Thank you for your time taken to read this appeal and for the consideration of my ban removal. ~ Thekilla2659

Reason for your ban: Beacon Theft/Grief.

Why should you be unbanned: What I did was irresponsible, it was an awful mistake and I'm sincerely sorry for stealing the beacon. I also stole multiple stacks of iron blocks and gold blocks that I will return. It is unfair to the person I stole them from because he worked for the beacons, blocks of iron, and the gold blocks while I did not. I deliberately broke the rules and as stated before, I am sincerely sorry.

Why do you want to come back: I want to be able to join the server again because I had a fun time while I played with my friends and I want to be able to continue having fun with my friends. I will work hard to gain the items that I need, instead of stealing anymore.

Why should you be unbanned: I've realized what I did is wrong, and that I should not have done it. It was irresponsible of me to steal said beacons. I did this despite my friend telling me not to and that friend was banned as well. I have realized my mistake and I'm terribly sorry.

Why do you want to come back: The multiple reasons that I want to come back are, my friend recommended me to the server. This is the friend that did not know about the theft. Another reason is that I love playing minecraft and I had a lot fun playing on the server. I really want to continue to play with them and that is why I would like to be unbanned from the server.

Why should you be unbanned: I normally don't grief I tend to stick to myself and and do my own thing. I made a mistake even knowing the consequences and I am deeply sorry for it. I would love to fix the damages I have made but if I can remember some of them might not be fixable for me like gathering animals so I completely understand if you don't want to unban me. 

Why do you want to come back: SMP is a great server even though I haven't been on for long its a place were I can let some creative energy flow without the cheating of creative mode. The community is very friendly though i'm shy and don't really talk much in chat the residents seem open to new friends if I ever open up. 


Why did you do this?: I was in a bad mood (personal reasons) the other day and basically this whole week and just needed to release some of that I didn't intend to damage as much as I did. 


How will you prevent this from happening again?: How I can prevent this is maybe opening up more on the server and have some friends to talk to and keep me company. I will only use /wild to hunt for caves or food and stay clear of other peoples items whenever i'm in a bad mood.


What have you learned from this?: I definitely learned from this not being able to go on one of my favorite servers has made me feel lonely and that I should change my ways of doing things to make the community a better place for the others who play on the server. 

this may be a long shot but back when I hosted a server I saw that I could add multiple worlds ( i.e. 2 or 3 survivial worlds, a creative world, etc). an idea came to mind that in addition to the border expansion, would it be possible to open an entirely new world too? so there would be the survival world we are playing on now and a new "clean slate" one that players could join after the 1.14 update?

just a thought.

I think we have come to a point where there are too many huts (any build smaller than 25x25) made by people who have been offline for 7+months. I understand that every legal build (5x5 w/ chest) and claim is there for life but we are running into an issue where no one can build anything bigger than a small house due to being crowded.


what I propose is we get a small team  (2-3 people) with permissions to roll areas back. if a certain player has been perma-banned or has been AFK for more than 5 months ( with a build smaller than 25x25) their areas should be rolled back and any valuable items (enchanted tools, diamonds, etc) should be stored in a chest with their name on it. then the player would be compensated based on the size of their house.

Examples would be

5x5 shack (square house) = 250 IGC and their valuables stored
10x10 build ( small home) = 1000 IGC and their valuables stored

essentially the idea is the number of blocks the build takes up multiplied by 10. so bigger builds would get more in compensation because they would have to be rebuilt if that player ever gets back on.

this solution would take some time, but if everyone in the community who are actively seeking out a place to build come across something then it would make the process go by faster. horses and other pack animals can be egged and stored in the chests.

I understand that it is time consuming. but its not an immediate fix. even with the border expansion, areas are going to get crowded by people who build a small hut and never get on. we can even get a world edit tool and copy/paste their builds ( if they meet a certain criteria) and paste them to a creative plot.

Why should you be unbanned: The person that I stole from is my friend from school. His minecraft name is Zachplaysgaming. I was helping him build a sky base and was looking for some glass to fill in the rest of the base. we were using shulker boxes to transport sand and glass.So I was going through the shulker boxes looking for glass.One box had a bunch of armour and an elytra no glass so I exit and move on to the next box and must have miss clicked because apparently Zach's elytra was in my inventory.

Why do you want to come back: The server has a good community and me and a group of friends have been making a giant skybase.
