Why should you be unbanned - I was never using x-ray, this was just a misunderstanding.How I prefer to mine for ore is digging to Y=3 (to my knowledge it's the best Y Cord for diamonds), strip mining (1x2 hole), and just zig-zag every few blocks to cover the general area. This morning I spent 3 hours mining on the server using this method. (I understand the visual similarities with my mining methods and x-raying). It was also very profitable so I can see how it raised flags. However, I have never cheated on this server, and I never plan to. I abide by all the rules, vote daily, and try my best to be respectful of other's Warps.
Why you want to come back - I just recently got back into Minecraft after a three-year hiatus. Once I came back I had gone from server to server, looking for the one that's just right. Since I found this server, I've put around 30-40 hours into hometownMC just over the past week, because I know it's the server for me. I love the people and staff because they are always helpful. I love community farms and warps to help people get rare resources. Also, I love the base that I got set up. I just really would appreciate being unbanned, to get past this misunderstanding so I can continue playing. Its really euphoric to play on this server for me, especially after a stressful day at work. Thank You.

Why should you be unbanned: I found this server extremely enjoyable and i have had lots of fun with the friends i have found. I have gotten far into the game with achieving full diamond enchanted armor and an extensive house. if i'm allowed back into this server i will happily follow the guidelines given to me and will not harm any structures that look man made. Also please review my case and tell me exactly what i did wrong so i can improve on my behavior in the future. I will also give back everything i took and am very sorry for my mistake.
Why do you want to come back: As said in the previous box, i have spent lots of time on this server and have made many new friends. I would hate to lose these friendships due to my mistakes. In conclusion I will improve on where i went wrong and please take my appeal under consideration.

So i'm moving all my shit home because I'm not allowed to move into my new house till september and I have nowhere to put it until then, which means I'll be able to play unblocked minecraft again in a few weeks time!

Why should you be unbanned: i've learnt my mistake about taking blocks from other builds (griefing) i was tempted and gave in, i was dumb and didn't think about the rules or the players im affecting, im very sorry and will not do it again and im thankful i can be repealed. i understand that its devastating losing something that you worked hard on getting and realise i would hate it if it had happened to me, i was honestly counting on the chance it may be an old build and wouldn't be missed, but i understand thats breaking the rules and is not a chance worth taking. what we did was awful and ill make sure to never do it again.
Why do you want to come back: ive been on this server for a good while and i love how it works, ive built a place for myself that i relay would hate to lose. i play with a couple friends sometimes, im currently playing with a friend that has helped me build a place that we're working and are proud of and would like to keep building, again im sorry for what happened and ill be sure to keep to myself when seeing other builds while exploring.
