Reason for your ban: Disrespect / Rule 1 Violation

Who banned you: Uber, Guy, Dead

Why should you be unbanned: I made the mistake of bringing toxicity and general nastiness to the server, which is definitely not appreciated or accepted here. I don't think my words and actions should represent me as a person and there is definitely no seriousness behind what I say. For me it is simply satire and generally a reaction to something someone has said, or another players actions. I'm more than happy to come to terms with anyone effected by the words I use and I will definitely filter my language to the dot. I understand also that my cultural differences and upbringing do not fit those of the people around me and things I may see as acceptable are hurtful or disrespectful to others. I would like to use this appeal to say sorry to any members of the community who have been effected by my words and if unbanned I will definitely tone down my language and definitely not direct it towards a single person or group of people.

Why do you want to come back: I've played on the server for a fair amount of time now and have made personal connections with many of the players. I feel as if I can play a positive part in this community and rectify my actions. I am positive that I can rectify of all problems I've caused and improve on myself as a person along the way. I know that if I am accepted back into this great community I can help create a more positive atmosphere.

Why should you be unbanned: Honestly, I made a regretful mistake that I thought I could get away with. It was unclaimed and I couldn't resist. I take full responsibility and I have learned from my mistakes. 

Why do you want to come back: I want to comeback so I can finish my builds and have fun with my friends. I really enjoy the server and its community so I would love to keep playing.

Why you should be unbanned: I made a stupid mistake and I regret it. It was an obvious mistake 
on my part and I can't make up for it. If I'm unbanned I will make sure to completely follow the rules, as I
really wish to continue playing on the server.

Why do you want to come back: A lot of my friends play on this server, and I would hate to lose the stuff we 
had just because of my stupid greediness. I love the community and the people on this server. I wish I could go back
and change what I did but I cannot. 

P.S if you are unwilling to accept my appeal can you please unclaim the land I can own so my friends can have it?
(It would ruin our town)

Why I should be unbanned: My brother was playing earlier because we use the same computer and i told him to help me mine while I was playing basketball at my neighbor's and my brother used x ray resource pack.

Why do I want to come back: Because I love this server and the fact that you admins caught on very quickly tells me that this is a quality server that gives a second chance to players that play on the server.

Why should you be unbanned: because i understand it was wrong but i wanted a dog, also because i cant find a good towny server

Why do you want to come back: so i can play a towny server and enjoy it

I think the cd Track thing for vips was removed, maybe this could be a replacement or something (I dont really know how it works - it just sounded cool)

Why should you be unbanned:
 I'm not quite sure the instance for my ban, but I do believe it came from taking items from /warp super secret spot. During the spring secret santa i received a book in my chest telling me to go to this spot for more items, and in this spot was some diamond and iron blocks that a sign said to mine. there was also a locked chest and a claimed horse but i assumed i needed to wait for HatsuneSama to get online for those items. If these items were not meant for me I will promptly return them to the spot where I received these items. ♥

Why do you want to come back:
I have meant no intentional harm on any players on our sever and would love the privilege of returning. I believe this was all a big misunderstanding and am willing to return any missing items. I love playing on this server and have already spoken with Hatsunesama and have the book proving i was told to go to that spot as well. If I am allowed to return to the server that would be wonderful. Thank you for your time ♥
