I am new to the server. Looking for a new home since previous server closed down.
I am VERY confused about one of the server policies...
So if a building (or anything else for that matter) is found to be unclaimed, the rules say nobody should touch it. Don't take any blocks, don't modify it, don't do anything to it... Even if it is clearly abandoned or already griefed.

I really and truly don't understand this policy. So this old stuff will just sit around, useless to everybody forever? What about stuff in chest that has belongs to users that have been gone for 6 months or even a year... Clearly, they are not coming back for the stuff.


I talked online with a vip player to get some info about this and he said it was because players can only claim a small amount of land so this way they can build in more areas. But that is EXACTLY the reason why players are only given small amounts to claim... To PREVENT them from building excessively or prevent them from over-building in wilderness land.


Why would you allow players to claim a certain amount of land but then have this policy that basically says "Well, build anything, anywhere and it is automatically yours and nobody is allowed to touch it." That is pretty much giving everyone unlimited space to build on whether they have the ability to claim it or not. I don't understand it. And if a player is really not coming back... Why shouldn't someone else benefit from finding some nice stuff in an abandoned chest or be able to tear out some valuable blocks for building their own buildings?

You may have noticed that I haven’t been on the server a lot. That’s because I’ve been playing an old factions server of mine (not gonna say what it’s called). Because of this, I am taking a break from hometown. I may come back sooner or later, or maybe never. I just want to thank everyone here for providing a fun server that I played on for the past half year. You know who you are out there. Thank you, and goodbye

I have accepted a ban because i used the X-ray cheat, ι used this cheat because ι searched diamonds for a few days, i accept my fault and i would like to be able to go back to the server, as i have done a lot of work to make such things, i have played many hours and i do not want to lose it all. 
I swear not to use any other cheat again.

Why do you want to come back: I have done a lot of work to make such things, i have played many hours and i do not want to lose it all and this server is amazing!

We already have animal-pics and artsy, so why not a channel for appreciating music?

Why should you be unbanned: because I am sorry for talking back to Hiyoko and saying things that are against the rules as cupcake3422 and making a new account _cookie_22 months later trying to come back to the server.

Why do you want to come back: because I love the server and wish I can come back. I could not find any other servers like it so i bought a whole new account just so i could be back on but i did not know that was also another ban evasion.

I was banned for griefing. I'm not sure what I stole. I didn't intentionally break rules. I'm deeply sorry.

Why should you be unbanned: I was pretty new to the server and when i found an unclaimed house i immediately thought someone had just left it, so the first thing that came to mind was i could just take whatever since someone didn't want it and left it behind, but that wasn't the case and they just didn't have the land claim to protect it, and i should have thought more about it but i stupidly didn't and took some things from the property, afterwards i didn't think much of it and i should have been more considerate and left it alone, what i did was rude and not necessary and i now realize that and apologize.

Why do you want to come back: I really enjoy this server i've never been a big fan of pvp and when i found this server i was happy with what it had to offer, i was ready to put a lot of hours into the server, i could play with my friends in survival and not have to worry about being killed by other players, after play in the server for some time i was having a blast a got to build a house and and spend some time with friends, its a fantastic server and i'd love to stay and keep playing on it.

got kicked for using caps without a warning so i came back and flamed a little dont think it constituted a ban however, i spent like 8 hours of my time on this server so id rather stay on it and just mute the chat so i dont have to hear the admins speak lol

To whom it may concern,

I messed up. I knew what I was getting into since I started using impermissible textures packs. This was my first time playing on a server and I couldn't exactly perceive the damage it was causing, including breaking the flow of the game.
Regrettably, this faux pas worked well for me and I made about four thousand dollars. I would agree on surrendering
all of my possessions. Unfortunately for me, I will be shamed for this misdemeanor for the rest of the time that I will be playing. I am reaching out to kindly ask to be unbanned. I really hope to be back on the server although the final decision will be yours.
