Why should you be unbanned: Having been fairly new to Minecraft as a whole, I had been recently introduced to the concept of the x-ray textures. I had only planned to use it once, but the freedom that it gave was sadly a very addictive feeling. I am not going to come out the woodwork and say I deserve to be unbanned, I am fully aware of the issue at hand, I simply wanted a chance to post this appeal and let come what may.
As for the reasons why I did what I did? To be frank there were only two driving factors for me having used the pack. The first obviously being the wealth factor, the more I got, the more I could use. This does tie into the second factor, I had planned on using the extra income to help others, and even possibly create/give out the tools and means to get others along their way. It may sound silly, but when I was first getting into the game, this server was where I started and friends, as well as kind folks on the server, really helped me along and I wanted to give others that sense of happiness.

Why do you want to come back: In reality, I would like to come back only for a few reasons. On top of the fact that many of my friends are on the server, and I enjoy being around them, I also want to show that I can be trustworthy if given a chance. I am willing to face any consequence or guidelines set if I do come back, and would like to express my thanks for the time I was allowed on the server if I can't.

Why should you be unbanned: i'm very sorry. i dont know why i xrayed either.  please. this server is my favourite server.
i swear that i will never use any kinds of xray again. please forgive. i will never ever never ever ever never xray again please.
i really love this server. please. its the only server which i played on. in last 4 days. please please

Why do you want to come back: i really want to be able to play on this server again. cause it has nicest community. and server is really nice. if you take a look on the logs. i played in this server almost everyday. i didnt be rude to anyone etc. please unban me i swear that i will never ever xray. again. btw this server has the best community

Why is X-raying bad?

well cause its cheating. you get some stuff easier by using another program.

How does X-raying affect other players?

well it  affects the economy which affects players later on

How does X-raying affect the server’s economy?

well it would drop the   item price. so other shops etc. would lose. which is kinda inflation
If you really need an item what is a better way of getting it than using X-Ray?.

%98 of the diamonds in my shulker chest in my /home home. is earned by xraying.
diamond armor as well.
and the diamond sword.


about balance: i got mostly of that balance by xraying. its true.

Why should you be unbanned: I often came online after school but would have to go offline as i got later into the night. i logged in one day to find i was banned... i was confused so i tried appealing but i had no luck. i have waited roughly 2-3 months, possibly longer to try to get unbanned. i am an owner of a growing town 'Shinetown' and i play fairly on this server. I don't know Trekkie and have never heard of them so i feel this is quite unfair..

Why do you want to come back: i wish to return to my town and help it grow and become more familiar with our community. This was one of the only servers i could happily record my 'Minecraft Lets Play's' on Youtube. 

I feel i have waited long enough to play on here again, i love the community and haven't made any foes. This leaves me more confused to why i was banned.

Hey, I'm ThyArson, Dark Souls enthusiast and heavy D&D player! I'm an old 2011 player who found this server right after looking for an old server I was in as a kid. The original server I played on got shut down, and it is currently a personal goal of mine to look for a friend I had on it. Why should you be unbanned: I really wasn't thinking i thought i could just get away with it cause it was not claimed but i realize my errors and i shouldn't have done it. I was taking stuff cause i just didn't want to sit there and keep getting materials to make my house look better but it was dumb and i wont do it ever again

Why do you want to come back: This was my favorite survival server i have ever played it was really fun so i have been bored and really want to come back

Why should you be unbanned:
I don't recall ever purposely griefing or stealing. I was tempted one or two times but I never actually did anything like that and if I did I don't remember and I surely won't go through this trouble again. I think I got this ban because I took up 3 Prismarine Crystals lying around in an allready griefed house with nobody around. There also was an unclaimed chest with another rare block inside, which of course I didn't take.

Why do you want to come back:
 I am working on an gigantic cathedral and a city to that with a couple of my friends. It took a lot of time and effort to get as far on this project as we are right now. The smallest wall is even 32 blocks high. I don't want the last couple of weeks i spent on that to be for nothing. Like I said, I do not even remember griefing or stealing. Maybe someone got disturbed by us collecting a lot of dirt in the area around us. Otherwise I'd like to know what exactly I supposedly griefed/stole and of course be unbanned, because I really want to keep playing on your server. In any Way, even though I don't know what it was, I am sorry for what I did and I clearly would never disturb anyone on this server again.

Why should you be unbanned: I think I was banned because I accidentally removed a torch.  I have only been playing Minecraft for a couple days now and I didn't know where to replace the torch, or how to reach the area that it looked like the torch would've gone.  I was only trying to mend my pickaxe with xp and I didn't mean to destroy anything.



Why do you want to come back: I want to come back because this is the first Minecraft server I've ever played in, and the first thing I've ever built is here.  Also, all of my friends play on this server.

This was performed at ThatChickAshley's parkour vault (/warp thevault). If anyone has a comparable time to this I would love to see it.

Why I should be unbanned: I let my little brother play on my account and told him there were warps he was able to visit. I didn't think he would take anything. I only realized when I asked him why I got banned. I will return whatever he took. I take full responsibility for whatever was done. I've never been banned from a server before. If I am unbanned, I promise to not let this happen again and will continue to stay active and vote.

Why do you want to come back: I enjoy playing on this server; so I'd appreciate if I could get back on. There is not many servers I like, and this one seemed to get my attention. It's only been about a week since I've been playing on this server and would love to have another chance. Lesson learned! I will not let him play under my account anymore.
