hey im alkaneray40 on the server and i did get ban bc i broke a beacon, im sorry about i just started on the server and i thought if a place is not claimed im allowed to break it but it wasnt looks like. i hope i will get unbanned im really sorry about it wont do it again and will give the beacon back to the person. got banned by Uber. i got banned on : smp.hometownmc.com . why i wanna come back i just started and i really liked the server no lies and feel bad now that i got banned bc had a great a little house already    im sorry for the last time and hope i will get unbanned <3

Why should you be unbanned: [1] I am deeply sorry for my mistake, and I know what I did was wrong, yet I still continued time after time. At first, I only used X-Ray to earn diamonds, then I realized I could sell them for money. I could buy great stuff and trade with other people yet I knew in the back of my mind I was wrong. I had become addicted, coming back to do the same thing time and time again. My mistake started from the very moment I installed that texture pack. [2] I will give you all of my items, a fresh start because I deserve it. I disrupted the economy with my X-Ray and for that I am profoundly remorseful. I bought items and gave cheated money to other players, without their knowledge that I'd been cheating. I sincerely promise to never repeat these actions and swear on my behalf that these mistakes shan't be repeated.

Why do you want to come back: I have only played on Hometown-MC for a short while, but the people I met there were so friendly, so enjoyable, and I should have never cheated. I will miss the laughs I had and the short time I shared with other people if I never return, but once again I am extremely regretful for the choices I made. I loved all the creations people made and I loved getting on and going back to my cozy house and talking to the friendly folks there as I advanced in gear. At the start, I didn't think about cheating so my first set of regular diamond armor was an achievement to me, and receiving a warm welcome at the start was something I'd never seen before in a server, so that enticed me to keep coming back. I am greatly apologetic and I regret even mining a cheated diamond.

Why should you be unbanned: I'm not even really sure why I was banned. I just reached the "regular" voter rank, so I went around exploring all of the different warps. If I had to guess what I greifed, it would be the fact that at one of the warps I killed two cows for food, and at another one I found some diamond blocks and took them. In both cases, they were totally unprotected, and I had no idea that taking from unprotected land was against the rules.

Why do you want to come back: I really enjoy the community on the server, and I feel like I'm really only just getting started. I'm building a whole village of tree houses, and I hope to eventually turn it into a town. I will gladly replace the cows and the blocks as soon as I am allowed back in the server. I am genuinely sorry. Had I known that that was considered griefing I would never have done it. I hope you consider reinstating my ability to access the server.

Why should you be unbanned: I dont want my ban to be permanent but i do want to serve a ban time for what i did, because it was terrible and rude. I will happily give everyone their stuff back.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back after i serve my ban, because the server brings me tons of joy and laughs, and i will read and obey every rule. Im honestly never like this i dont know why i did what i did. i am so sorry to the owners of the things i took and it will never i mean Never happen again.

Reason for your ban: X-ray

Why should you be unbanned: [1] I will no longer use an x-ray texture pack to mine for resources, that only has to be stated because I sense the first thing people will assume is if I am unbanned, I will go back to using the texture pack. If I do, it will be easily detectable, and I will be banned again with no chance of making an appeal again. Hopefully that alone shows you that my hands are tied. I honestly would like to return to the server, and I know it's not easy approving an x-ray ban appeal, but I hope I can make the proper adjustments needed to give me that chance. [2] I have not profited in any way from the resources I have collected. I have never sold diamonds, gold, iron, or any other valuable material to any shops. The most I have sold were a few stacks of cobblestone. My account balance on the server is below $200. It was never my intention to exploit the server's economy. [3] Yes, I have collected diamond and other ingots illegally, but I also have given a lot of the stuff I find away. Besides a set of diamond armor and tools, all the diamond I have collected has been sitting in a chest. And I had full intention of giving that diamond away to other players. In fact, I have already done this several times. I didn't ask for anything in return, I didn't ask for payment or a trade, I just gave people diamonds. I know this may not be the strongest argument to make right now, but Minecraft is just a game to me. The diamonds in game are purely fictional. Yes, I have collected them in a way is considered cheating, but I also gave them away freely because they don't mean anything to me. [4] I am completely and unconditionally prepared to forfeit the minerals I have gathered to the mods, or if permitted, give my entire collection away to other players. I only ask that I be left with my building materials and items I have collected legitimately. I don't know why I would be allowed to keep what I have gathered, but even if I am, I will still give it away. That was always my intention.

Why do you want to come back: HomeTown has grown on me since I first logged on last week. It has grown on me so much, in fact, that I even purchased a VIP rank from the website. I enjoyed the server that was created by the mods, and I wanted to support the server, so I gave a little of my money to help keep it running. So many things felt right. The community is friendly. Building is unrestricted and the mods are very helpful towards preventing grief and that is something I truly admire. HomeTown is the first Minecraft server I have logged in since high school four years ago, when I took a break from Minecraft, and for the most part it has almost felt like I was playing Minecraft for the first time again. I was making friends, building saloons and apartments for town mayors, interacting with the community, and even voice chatted with other players and had a genuinely good time. I was on the verge of making friends again. Since I have been banned I have stepped into other servers and haven't had the same experience. I feel very welcome at HomeTown, and I hope the mods can allow me a chance to redeem myself for my past exploitation, and allow me to concentrate on building, and helping make communities with the mayors. I've only built two structures in the server, structures that took me a long time to gather the resources for and make, and I want to build so many more. I hope the mods can consider that. Why should you be unbanned: I want to be unbbaned for the reason to say sorry to the owners of the land that got griefed by my friends and tp'ed to them for a biome nearby, i only wanted to take some Packed Ice close To the HomeTown nothing Else.

Why do you want to come back: I want to come back for the reason that im very happy to play on the server alone and with my friends that took stuff close to the Home.

Well, do we have the solution for you!!! /warp BareBasics opening December 21st of 2018 is the one stop shop for, you guessed it, the bare basics. This store offers the basic woods, stones, and other items you need for that next building project. Or to find that item you have been hunting for. Each section of our shop will have a list of what is down that way so you never get confused or get lost trying to find that special item. We will have weekly specials, the shop fully restocked every 2 weeks and an ever-expanding roster of store goods and items. This is the place to go when every other store feels barren. 

Our first stage will include basic woods, stones, and dirt to the public for great prices and great services. with future expansions adding more products.

Reason for your ban: they thought i robbed bank

Why should you be unbanned: I was wrongfully accused of theft and I do not like it. When I was put in jail, i was confused because i did nothing, i went to mxbank to put in items and was confused by the sign that said closed, i asked how i would get items if it was closed and the owner said it wasnt, i went to machine and it looked very broken. i then left to let him try to fix it, then i found my self in prison. i was asking what i did and they said i robbed them (wich i didnt). i then found my self banned. 

Why do you want to come back: because i put a lot of effort in to this server and was wrongfully accused. i understand why they thought i did it since i was the only responder, but i just wanted to put in some items.

To start off, Happy Holidays to everyone on HomeTown! I hope everyone has a great holiday season with your families, and safe travels to wherever you may go!

The holiday season get's me in such a mood to giveaway things and be generous to people. As a result, I will be giving away 2 Christmas-Themed Shulker Boxes! As many of you know, I have a plethora of in-game cash and items that I never use, and I figured that I'd offer the chance for 2 lucky winners to receive these items!

Now, before I explain how this giveaway will work, let me tell you what you can win! I will be giving away 2 Shulker Boxes full of items and goodies. The 1st Shulker Box will be given away to a player with 50 votes or less. This allows newer players to receive items that can help get them rolling on HomeTown. Inside this box will be, and not limited to, the following: Diamonds, OP Tools, Potions, OP diamond armor, Enchanted Books, a beacon, and many more items!

The second Shulker Gift Box will contain rare/expensive items that more experienced players may be looking for. Nonetheless, this box will be open to anyone in the giveaway!
