Why should you be unbanned: To whom it may concern; While I was at /warp moop, where I was banned from, I saw a sign stating that "If low on anvils replace them if you want to" (see attachment), so I assumed I was able to take the anvils as the sign didn't specify who was/wasn't allowed to take them. In this sense, I found the sign to be vague and unclear. Further, I assumed that, since the anvil stash was unclaimed - meaning that there was no ownership - I was able to take the anvils. Despite all this, however, I have come to realise that I shouldn't have assumed this and the more appropriate course of action would've been to ask the owner of the warp, or a staff member. I should've referred to rule six, which clearly stated "Do not modify other player's builds. This includes crops and animals". However, due to my inattentiveness, I failed to abide by this rule. From now and on, I pledge to rectify my wrongdoings. I apologise for stealing the anvils, and I will happily return all of them to the rightful owner when my ban is appealed.
Why do you want to come back: I have been able to make several friends (some being acquaintances and some being people I know in real life). I was able to make all these friendships as the staff work hard to maintain a community, which places a great emphasis the notions of respect and unity. This, for me, is the catalyst for my ablilty to make so many friends on this server. With all these people I've met has made it easy to be myself and make minecraft more than just a game; I am able to have more fun, too. Thank you for taking the time to read this thread. Hello everybody! After searching about, I have decided to make this my first foray back into SMP since like.... the 1.3 Era. I look forward to meeting you all on the ground in game!
I remember some staff members saying that there would be refunds for the vehicle packages after 1.13 was released and was wondering when the refunds will be going out or what will be happening in regards to this? As I have tried contacting staff, and have not heard anything regarding this.
Considering I purchased two vehicle packages for 80 USD it would only seem fair to receive a refund for items no longer in the game, and that are no longer functional.
I would appreciate it if the staff could get back to me regarding this.

I should be unbanned because I don't recall going near any crop associated farms by anybody else
other than 'Ufarms'. There was a time where the owner of Ufarms asked me to make sure to replant
the netherwart, I thought it was a warning. If This WAS THE CASE, then I thought it was a warning
and didn't replant it. I have reasons to believe that I've been false banned! I have started playing
Minecraft for the soul purpose of playing in Hometown. I would like an explanation specifically and
and clearly of WHERE I 'Stole Crops'. WHO I stole the crops from apparently. And, IF I CAN HAVE A
SECOND CHANCE BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW THIS WOULD HAPPEN. I WAS NOT WARNED PRETTY MUCH.

Hometown is the Reason I got Minecraft on PC in the first place once my friends started playing in
the Server. Ever Since, I've made large structures and I was in progress of making a shop. It was my
favorite servers by far And I really don't want to have to leave it. I have hours of time on that
server probably worth over 24 hours or more! I don't wanna' be banned from such a great server but I
really wish that There were warnings and the enforcing wasn't so unjust and harsh on players. Like I
said, This happened to me without my knowledge. I think the explanations should be more clear.
I didn't know this would happen but I really am sorry and Want a second chance. This happened to me
while I was out of town. I just came back and had to see I was banned and I'm confused, please
explain further, and reach back as soon as possible. Thanks.
Hi! To anyone who is reading this, thank you for taking the time out of your day to do so. Yesterday, I was on your server and my friend came across a beacon. It had already been missing an iron block and looked abandoned. She asked me to tpa to her with a diamond pic. Obviously, if I had read the rules more thoroughly, I would know that stealing on this server is NOT allowed. My friend has already been on and has talked to WinterKat, i think is her name, and has given back the iron blocks and beacon. I really do love this server, and I've only been on for I think 3 days. I've been waiting all night for it to pass 10:21 a.m. so i can vote lol. I have friends from my school that play on here and who have built their house around mine. Hoping that before they wake up i can get back on. I'[m so sorry for this mess. Thank you for your time.
Why should you be unbanned: well here is how it went down. so I spawned in and I was mining for around an hour. When i went up to the surface to build a house I stumbled a crossed a castle that was being built. So I went in side because I was curious, and I saw some chest. The land was not claimed and the chest were not locked so i decided to take some of it and so did my friend. Then we noticed that there were some iron and gold blocks, and like anyone in that server would, we took the blocks because we thought that nobody would ever know that it was us that stole them. Then we carried on and he built our house and and he kinda forgot about it until we were put in jail. When we were put in jail we were very confused and didnt know what was going on and we wanted some answers. we were told in the end (after almost 30 minutes of being in jail) what we were in jail for. I am very sorry for what I did and I apologize for my actions and my friends action. We are willing to give everything back that we stole and we will never do it again.
Why do you want to come back: I want to support the server and it is honestly one of the best survival servers out there and I would like to play more on the server! It would be very nice if I can play more on the server. I will never steal from anyone on the server again. I am sorry!
Why should you be unbanned: I was wrongfully accused of theft and I do not like it. When I was put in jail, I was never told why and also I was never told how long I was going to be in jail. Derp was an awful mod at this moment in time. Now Derp probably is a good mod most of the time but I was treated WRONG! There was no clear evidence and that violates my 4th amendment right! So please unban me so I can support your server.

Why should you be unbanned: I found an unclaimed plot of land that contained a beacon. Because it was unclaimed and i had access to the area, i didn't think who ever placed that beacon cared about it or else they would've claimed it.
Why do you want to come back: I now understand that taking unclaimed items is a no-no and i like to play on this server, so i will be happy to exchange the missplaced beacon if i am unbanned. Thank you for your consideration, sincerely, McKillinIt.
