As you can see, I am Roskuel, but you can call me Ros. I have been playing Minecraft since it was an in-browser game back in its alpha stage... back when it was just a building block game with no tools and no actual mining lol (it was anarchy).
I have been playing off and on for the last couple of years and while I may not know how to build an in-game computer, I am a true veteran and have a lot of love for the Vanilla game. I have been looking for a good server to play on with an interactive community. From what I've seen, this might be it. I hope to contribute to the community and I'm looking forward to seeing some of you in-game.

Reason for your ban: Griefing (my 10 year old son, the one who was actually banned, apparently built or messed with some building blocks - I think the building may have belonged to an admin too.)
Who banned you: I am not sure (sorry, I am REALLY new to online Minecraft)
Why should you be unbanned: This is actually "mattb348". My son, "Brandon348" was playing Minecraft online for literally the FIRST time this morning. Your server was literally the first one he has ever played on (I found it for him.) He managed to get himself banned within a couple hours
I warned him not to mess with anyone's buildings etc. I don't think he did it on purpose, or really knew what he was actually doing. I have already had another talk with him about that sort of thing, and now SURELY he will walk on egg shells
The reason why i am acting on my son's behalf (brandon348) is because he is only 10 years old, and he has never even used a forum before.
Why do you want to come back: Because my son REALLY liked playing on your server, until he managed to get himself banned within the first 2 hours
I too want to play on this server (I have my own account and I am NOT banned.) In fact, I played a little bit tonight, and chatted with on of the admin's who actually knew about the banning of my son, brandon348). I wish I could remember his name; he was really nice (as was all of the other people that I met on the server.)
Why should you be unbanned: I did not steal anything from anyone.
Why do you want to come back: As I tried to log onto the hometown server, I was stopped with this message: "You are banned from this server. Reason: Theft. Banned by Thatguy3339. Appeal at Hometown.com/forums" The only problem is, I did not steal anything. So why was I banned? Thank you.

It has come our attention that players have been asking about the addition of more decorative heads to /warp shop. In order to minimize additional FPS lag and the structure of /warp shop, players are now able to request unlisted decorative heads from any [Admin] for the price of $1000 in-game currency. Note that, these purchases exclude any sort of human and/or humanoid head. Heads with explicit vulgar details will also be excluded.
For instance, rather than searching for a player with a mailbox head and purchasing his or her head for $2000, you may request a decorative mailbox head for $1000.
You must contact any [Admin] In-Game to request a head. This forum thread will not be checked for head requests.
You must have the website link with a valid code for the desired decorative head. Staff will not look or search for the head.

Why should you be unbanned: I understand that I have read the rules of the server, and that I have strictly violated the rules of the server. I did in an attempt use X-Ray Resource pack to find diamonds easily, though I should have not. I agree with the reason why I was banned however, based on reading this you must consider I would like to be unbanned. I should be allowed back in the server because I feel like I can follow all the rules and expectations that the server should expect everyone to follow. I would be willing to give up the specific resources that I mined using the x-ray back to a mod or admin, or have one observe me throwing them into lava and rid of them. I would also give up and be a newbie rank again and lose my money should you seem fit. I am a person that deserves punishment for breaking a simple rule, but I believe I should be given a second chance. I will delete the resource pack on my .Minecraft folder so this issue doesn't arise again, but I should never turn it on ever again. I want to continue building in a town I reside in and enjoy the server again. I will be sure to follow the rules completely and diligently to my fullest content. Please consider giving me a second chance to do right.
Why do you want to come back: I want to come back mainly because of some of the friends I have made on the server. The community is a friendly environment with hardly any toxicity which I find calming and charming. I have become a member of a city called Lakeside and I would like to continue building they city up with them as I joined when it was small and few. Your server offers a great variety of people that are willing to help and respect others, something I haven't seen for at least 4 years. I probably don't deserve a second chance, because x-ray is strictly said, but I ask that you would let me have one, and I will do it right.

Why should you be unbanned: Not sure what I am to have griefed, but If i did grief something I didnt mean to, and it was probably just an unclaimed area that I didnt know shouldnt be used. I know griefing is wrong and will never grief on this server.
Why do you want to come back: This server I have played for the past few days and everyone is super friendly and it'd be a shame if I didnt get to enjoy it for longer because of an accident.
