Hey so I dont know how this works i just know i messed up for my sister. I stole her computer after she ratted on me about my report card to mom. She still doesn't know I have her computer or went on her minecraft. I didn't think anything i said would get her banned I was just pissed at her and felt like blowing off steam so i did on minecraft. Im sorry it got her banned but can you please un ban her? Seriously dont punish her for my stupid mistake. I was wrong for stealing her computer and not explaining I was her to the people i was talking to and i had no right to be rude either. Please urban her before  she getss  her computer back so i dont get in more trouble

So I have recently made a warp with two things at it.

1. A smallish house for new players to temporarily stay at until they build one for themselves. This is down the left path of the fountain.

2. An auto smelter. It has 126 furnaces. Anyone can use it but you can't take fuel from the furnaces and you can't take anything that you didn't smelt. Donations of fuel are welcome, just put them in the middle row of furnaces. This is down the right path of the fountain.

Anyone is welcome. Though please read the rules first.

Why am I banned again? I thought I was unbanned? just tried to log on and it says I'm banned for xraying? haven't even been on in two days?

I had a plot at keas. Put a couple chest there to get ready to build. Filled them with clay bricks (the red bricks). Then when I went bak a week later... Everything was gone. and I spent money gathering those bricks... it was a double chest FULL. Asked a staff and still never received anything back..... what do i do???

Why should you be unbanned: Yesterday, I tried to login to HT, but to my surprise, I saw that I had been banned. I am almost sure that it is because I mined a few stacks of coal at /warp coal, as XxKawiixKittyxX was most likely banned at the same time as me, and because her too mined there. I had no idea mining there was not allowed. Why would there be a public warp on a huge pile of coal ore ? I assumed it was free to take, and that from time to time, it would be restocked. I don't know if I will get unbanned. Like Grimm said on my previous appeal : "However, if you grief again, you may be permanently banned from the server for being a repeat offender." 

I know the rules of HomeTown well. After my previous ban, I read them again, carefully, and I've respected each of them. Apparently, I have broken rule 1 without even knowing it. I really hope that Arayvek will be kind and forgiving to me, even though I am considered as a repeated offender. If I get unbanned, I promise to give the coal I've mined to the owner of the warp. I am truly sorry for the trouble I have caused to him. Griefing the coal was a terrible mistake. I should have asked to someone if the coal was free to take.

Why do you want to come back: I would be really sad if I was permanently banned without any chance of being unbanned. Like I said on my previous appeal, I don't know any other server that has such an awesome community. I had the Member rank, played peacefully, was starting to build a beautiful cactus farm. This server is truly great, it has a good system, but is simple, and has got the good old Minecraft spirit to it.

Edit : I am the someone who "advertised for free coal". I'm really sorry about that. I thought it was free to take, and for some reason, felt the urge to tell everyone about it. I didn't mean to get  XxKawaiixKittyxX and tymojamamamama into trouble.

Why should you be unbanned: i was on the server building my first huge house that i have put a lot of effort into and i was lacking somewhat in materials and someone in chat said there was free coal at /warp coal i warped there and everything was mine-able and i saw the signs and expected they were for the diamond ore behind it. i saw that there were several other newish looking players there too and they were mining coal so i decided to join in. i only took about a stack and i would be happy to give it all back and any extra i have

Why do you want to come back: my team speak friends have been playing for a long time on this server and i have put a lot of effort into helping my freinds and them helping me with houses and i am sorry for what i did.

Why should you be unbanned: I think that I should be unbanned because I didnt meen to do anything bad and I didnt know that the mountian of coal wasnt free because, some players said do /warp coal and i did because i needed coal, so there was all the coal and every one else was mining from it so i did too also i was able to mine every thing so i thought no one owned it. I never knew that it was not free and really really hope to get unbanned. I love home town and would never do anything bad to the server and people on the server.

Why do you want to come: I want to come back becuase home town is an awesome survival game with many of my newly made friends. It is just so fun and always makes me happy when im on it. I wish to come and return all the coal for I did not know that it wasnt free please consider brining me back. Also many other people were banned for that reason and I hope that every one friends or not get unbanned.

Why should you be unbanned: I want to play with my friends, i love this server.

Why do you want to come back: So a while back, in like 2013, me and my friend used to play on the server. One day, i accidentally broke a block of glass in my friend's build but didn't tell him. He got an admin and the admin banned me. I gave up on the server after that. I would love to come back and play with my friend.

I was banned 3 years ago because i accidentally broke my 1 block from my friends house by accident and he didn't know it was me. May I please be Unbanned?
