Grettings fellow Hometown members and staff, If you recall i left a couple months ago to finish some classes in college to make sure i can get the job i want when i finish college. I am finally finished and i now have some time for Hometown! I'm glad to be back iv'e missed everyone so much. I noticed there is a lot of new players, The rank system has changed which is awesome. And some other things. I'm glad to be back can't wait to get a start on some new projects and hope to interact with some people on the server :

Hello Hometowners! This is my final and last ban appeal I will make for this server, because I will not get banned anymore. This appeal is for something I have not done and I am here to say sorry and prove my innocence and appeal for an unban. Enjoy this appeal because it is not gonna be a short appeal. 

Basic Information

On which server are you banned? Survival Multiplayer, The main server of Hometown.
Who banned you? Aray & DK (DK Banned me)
Why were you banned? I was banned for "Hacking" and as Aray calls it "PvP Slay" (I don't even knew it so I googled it)

Why should you be unbanned?
Okay, I am going to exactly tell you what happend, in detail with everything I can prove.
Today (9th of Febuari 2016) I was playing Last Man Standing (LMS) with Arayvek, Flydude22, Andreas and me. Me and aray were having fun I challenged aray with beating me in LMS, which before we started playing we had loads of fun with some skeletons and lightning. So I decided lets play a game of LMS, we started and this game went as normal, I didn't 2-shot everyone (Which happend the second time) and everything went as it had to go. But I got a little bit annoyed because Hidden was interrupting my game with Aray, so I left the game. This made me annoyed for a little while but when we started playing Paintball and Infected it was back to normal. I had to go because I had to eat with my family (Yeah, that is still a thing.) Later I came back on to battle Aray again, nothing changed I still had the same client (Optifine 1.8.9) and I started challenging Aray for another game of LMS. She was busy building

So Mumsan19 and HorseSonya joined the game and I said lets play a game of LMS, so I tp'd to the minigame world and I joined LMS, again Flydude22 and some other players joined the game. We started playing the game and something weired started to happen. I killed people with 2 hits. At first I thought it was because they had low health and I killed them, but later I killed someone who just respawned and I was like What is going on? So I checked the stick if it had sharpness on it or something, but no only Knockback II. (I am sorry, I am not gonna hide your usernames.) Some people said I was "hacking". And I was confused myself.

And then it happend, I got banned.

As you can see I am really confused what is happening and I myself do not have an explaination of what happend, It must have been an bug or an glitch. I got banned by DK for hacking, which I really did not do. I can prove everything, I could even show you the client which I was playing with but Ara did not want to see it.

Why should you be unbanned?
Because I did nothing wrong, I did not hack on my favorite server, where I literally everything my little heart belongs. I did not hack, let me give you a few reasons why it would be dumb to hack for this thing

1. Why would you challenge an admin, if you had hacks you should not challenge an admin because they clearly can see if you are hacking or not (Well not in this case though...)
   
2. Why would you hack on your favorite server where you have everything you want and you do not need more
   
3. You can not win anything with LMS so there is no reason for anyone to hack at minigames
   
4. I do not even know how to hack
   

Okay wtf, I really dont know what happend but let me just tell you this I do not hack! I dont have ever hacked, I dont even know how I was just playing LMS and I 2 shot everybody, I dont know how this happend! I swear and DK dont say "No appeal"  because I am innocent! I swear I havent done anything.

Why should you be unbanned: Because I 9000% didnt hack. I was just logging on to beat Ara on a game of LMS and than I started to play with other people, and all of the sudden I started 2 shotting I thought that something changed in The game so I checked the stick if it had sharpness but it didnt so I dont know what happend! I really DIDNT HACK! Dont say do not appeal because I really DID NOT HACK. Here have some screenshots of my latest minecraft

Why do you want to come back: Because I did nothing, why would I hack I have everything on the server. And DK maybe you hate me but I do not hack never! Even if I did I would never do it on hometown i have been playing for 1.5 YEARS I DONT HACK!


B.T.W I do not hack DK I really dont know why this happend It must been a glitch, think about this: First I say to array battle me, yeah if i would hack it would be really smart to battle an admin, than i am playing with other people sure I would hack no DK. I do not hack,

So I've been feeling anxious recently and I have been blowing up to my friends on the server. I'm going to take a hiatus for a while. My depression and anxiety is just not getting better and leaving the server will help me focus on what is really important. I don't know when I will be back(I will make another thread if I decide to leave for good) it may be a week or a few months, the future is uncertain. These are my insults I made

I'm sorry to all staff that I lied to like Grimm or Star. I'm really sorry to everyone else that I either Insulted or made fun of. Now These are the insults I made on the server:  Ha Alyex your fat and a girl, You are gay , F you all , I'm leaving cause you all make me sick. These were really wrong to say cause it makes other's feel bad mostly because I was raging . I want to be unbanned so I can enjoy the mytical hometown

I've gone insane and built the most useless farm in Minecraft.
It is Free, has 2040 cacti growing, produces about 1 cactus/second, and is right by my iron farm!!!
So if you ever need cactus or green dye, drop by Warp Jellycactus for satisfaction!
Also, Warp Mycelium is a free mycelium farm, with 4292 mycelium growing.

hi i recently got banned from. It all happened today when i got my new graphics card and then i just wanted to see if i was still banned or not. Turned out i wasnt banned still. So i went and looked around my house which i havent seen in ages, and it turned out that i have been griefed. So then i told star and then she looked around my house, but because i havent been on in ages, my name wasnt in the logs. So then people started asking me if i have been banned before, so i told the truth and said "yes, but it was a tem ban i think because i havnt apealed was completely a temp ban and nobody could answer so all i did was just ask if bans might be removed by changing computer but then nobody could answer because i had been banned. So from now on i know not to talk about previouses bans ( just so that you know it was minor grief). I also followed the rules for ban appealing and it said tell the truth and loner ones are more that less going to be accepted so i decided to tell you the whole story. Also just so that you know my username for minecraft is picklegee sam as my hometown account name. I do hope that you will consider unbanning me. When it says who banned you all it said was banned by staff.
